Great cushions and fast delivery!

Absolutely lovey cushions - great quality, good size and inserts included. Am very happy as exactly as website photos - Gorgeous!

Sent the wrong item now won't respond to me. The rug is grey and I ordered a brown and white cow hide rug, despite emails and numerous phone calls no body calls back and no response to email. Now raised a dispute with Paypal so I can get a refund. Very disappointing customer service - wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.

Bought quite a few rugs from City Cows and liked them all except one, it just wasn't right for the space. Messaged Nick amd he said to return it and he would refund my money (almost £900). I sent it by courier and know they received the rug, it's back up for sale on their website. However, that was TWO months ago and despite many calls/messages, I have not been refunded. I am really frustrated with the lack of decency shown by this company.

Item as described, is a really gorgeous rug. Great size and colours. Delivered as expected, would recommend and use again.

Great service and communication re delivery

Excellent customer service & lovely product ( hairy sheepskin seat covers/pads). Now have in grey black & baby pink, look funky on old dining chairs painted white & very comfy too.

Fabulous quality and very stylish.

Received my sheepskin rug which is lovely however I got the Vole colour and not Taupe which I ordered. Happy to keep the rug received however I have noticed the price has been reduced by £10!!! Delivery was a little slow but I spoke to a lovely lady at customer services who sorted this out, I understand how hectic it can be when there is a sale on as I work in retail myself.
This is my third order from City Cows and would order again.
Given the 4 star only because of the wrong colour and price reduction.

🤩 beautiful cow skin. The rug pictures on the website are very clear and the rug was even better when it arrived 🤩
I also ordered a bag the body of the bag was lovely but the straps are a bit basic would look better with row of stitching on both edges of the handles

Bag was exactly as pictured. Quality very good. Had loads of compliments and would definitely recommend and buy again. Delivery on time..infact sooner than expected.

The cowhide rug i initially ordered was the wrong colour so it it back and ordered a replacement. The service I received was very good

Quick dispatch of item however I had to return it and despite 2 emails asking where my refund is I have heard nothing.

The product is excellent and like the site says the one you pick is the one you get. We have ordered several rugs and furniture from this company and without question a quality product.

Amazing quality rugs! I would love to carpet my entire house with them! They feel absolutely fantasic on the feet. I love the unique, one-off, handmade touches of the tassels etc.
