Speedy delivery,beautiful quality and I've ordered some more!

Ordered sheepskin gloves during the weekend and they arrived on Monday afternoon. Having now had use of them for the past month they are comfortable and warm and appear well made.

I absolutely love the City Cows sheep skins, they are amazing quality and have so many uses.

Items not delivered as to order. Telephoned several times with a promise to return my call. They did not return call. Service very poor and they are not interested. Finally they sent the outstanding items which were just thrown in a bag. As a result the items were broken. They do not répond as to date we have still not had the items replaced. Sadly we will not use them in future because of service

What’s not to like?

I ordered an item that was sent to me in the wrong colour , I sent the item back a month ago and I am yet to receive a refund. I have contacted the company via phone and email and they provide any update on my refund, the customer service has been shocking. I would not recommend using this company as you will never get your money back if you order the wrong size or they send the wrong item.

Ordered some earmuffs and due to previous customer reviews about speedy delivery I chose this company, nearly a week since ordering and still no order, £6 for delivery is an absolute rip off, not happy

Absolutely delighted with the sheep skin, it is even better than I hoped. Beautiful colour and wonderful texture. Has made an old Lloyd Loom chair look and feel really glamorous.

These are beautiful gloves, good value too. They’re a bit lighter than anticipated, I’m looking for heavy duty super warm gloves. These are cosy and warm city gloves, they look elegant, I am happy with them. Thank you.

One of a kind rug arrived stuffed in burst open DPD bag, soaked through and filthy.

Despite sending picture proof of the issues, City Cows customer service was extremely unhelpful. We had put a lot of time and thought into choosing a specific rug for its colouring and size to fit in a particularly awkward space so we were reluctant to return it, asking instead for a partial refund to cover cleaning costs and reimburse the cost we had paid for the unacceptable delivery, as the courier advised only the seller can reclaim this cost.

City Cows refused to do so and stopped communicating after a single, unprofessional response sent from an iPhone saying it must be returned for a refund. Obviously this would leave us without the one of a kind rug we had chosen with no option for a direct replacement, so we are left with no other option but to pay the cleaning costs ourselves. Extremely unimpressed.

The rug itself is of good quality, and had it not arrived damaged and requiring us to spend even more money to have it properly cleaned, or if the seller had been helpful and willing to resolve the issues, we would have been happy with our purchase.

Unfortunately I would advise against shopping with this company and won't return as a customer again.

The rug was described as "tri-colour" but has really only two colours, black and white, we had hoped for more tan colour in the product.

Hello, the gloves are nice but the stitching in places is very weak and has come undone in one place after a week. I'll try to stitch it up but I can see it may happen again in several places.

I had to return a City Cows gilet due to sizing issue (bought at a Christmas fair, very very busy stand, sizes were muddled up). No quibble replacement received within days. Very pleased with item and their customer service.
