Laura at Citygate in St Albans looked after me and my vehicle very well. There had been some miscommunication about what my car had been booked in for but she was able to sort the issue out. This meant the inconvenience to me was minimised and the work required on the car was completed on time. Laura was helpful, friendly and efficient - thank you Laura!

Everything went smoothly. The staff were polite. We got a report back with a video which was easy to understand.

Cupra Slough. We have dealt with Adil Ali, what a really lovely guy. Extremely polite, very helpful and honest. He was very fair and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Adil and our new Formentor is brilliant, thanks Adil, see you in a few years for another 😃

West London Citygate is an exceptional business. From the moment you enter the premises you are noticed by members of the Reception team and invited to take refreshments while you wait for either a technician or salesperson to attend you. There is hardly any delay in being seen. ALL members of the team, on which ever floor level you attend are professional, approachable and flexible. You are never aggressively sold a product but they go out of their way to assist and work with your needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've been a client since 2008. Quality training is in evidence here. You feel valued. Well done!

My car's service was pre-booked, and I received excellent assistance from the service advisor, Marc Johnson.

He was instrumental in helping me schedule my service. I generally find it more straightforward to communicate with staff located in the UK compared to those working internationally, as there sometimes appear to be difficulties with comprehension of the English language among overseas personnel, regrettably.

Overall, the experience was very positive. The technicians seemed to have worked diligently and efficiently in servicing my vehicle, and I am very grateful for the high quality of their work.

Fantastic service and repair, professional and great communication. Tia kept me up to date with everything I needed to know. This made the entire process smooth, also want to credit Dean who provided a very informative update/overview of the car whilst it was in the shop, precise, key and easy to understand. Would recommend to others.

Went in for an oil service and they did the job while I waited. They checked me in and communicated well throughout the process which was appreciated and they even finished my car earlier than planned. The coffee in the waiting room was nice too!

Very efficient check in system - I just walked to reception and handed over the key. The inspection report arrived in late morning and I had a call to collect the car around 4.30. Also nice that it was cheaper than I expected! Neil, as always, looked after me and my car brilliantly. Thank you. Just wish the people who valet the car afterwards could put a duster round the dashboard so it feels clean inside

One of my car keys broke and I had to go to a Main Dealer to obtain a replacement. Citygate were difficult to contact, unhelpful, patronising and delighted in wasting my time. I bought my Golf new from them but it has been serviced elsewhere since it was four years old as I had these problems with them then. Without asking my permission they took it upon themselves to examine my car and point out many faults in order to persuade me to pay them to remedy them. The car was serviced and passed its MOT on 23.03.2026 so I find it difficult to believe that in has developed faults which they want to charge me £3589.60 to fix in just over three months. As convincing as the Irishman who came to my door, looked up at my roof, and suggested I pay him to fix it. Avoid.

If there was less than one star, I would be applying this. Please do not take your car to this service delartmenf. They cause damafs tk your xar and then deny it and treat hou as if you are stupid. This js the secknd time that I have had issues. I am assuming that jtbjs to add fjrther work to the accimulate more money. My cars off side parking sensor was dislodged and so I taped it ti avkid water going into it when washing. The rear anddriver side parking sensor worked perfectly. After having paid nearly £3000 for additional work supposedly identified when I took my car in for regassing, I had varijus issues wjth the service and communication. I collected my car and now the dislodged parking sensor has been put back in place, however now i get the message Parkpiolt is not available. Alex Bob the servixe manager who dealt with my car previously treated me as if I was stupid showing me camera footage of my car with non one approaching it. I explained that the replacing of the sensod would have been carried out when the ar would have been worked on. I requested to speak to another manager and surprise there was no one to sleak to besides him I do not need to be spoken to as if I do not understand. It took some time for him to attemlt to get another manager. I had to ask several time. Infact, it was only when I asked whether he has refusing to do so, did he go tk get ankther one, by this time, there was no other manager. Skoda Citygate has done it again. I have been given contact emails for complaints. I suppose I will be waiting for some time for someone to contact me!
