I've purchased several carpets from Clayton's in the past year. The price has been reasonable, the service quick and the one time I had an issue with the carpet quality/installation, it was resolved quickly and to satisfaction. Thank you.

Looking for a new suite we had tried a couple of major outlets and then, driving past Claytons decided to call in. No pressure from in-store staff, just welcoming smiles and greetings and a "Take your time and look around, just ask if you want any help" approach. So we did! And, more importantly, found exactly what we wanted, or so we thought, and placed an order. Arriving home we double checked sizes and suitability, horrified to find we had miscalculated in sizing the three-seater and it would not fit! On the phone, back to the really helpful lady with whom we had placed the order - take a bow Glynis Clipson because you could not have been more helpful - backwards and forwards with your tape measure until we were satisfied that what we finally decided upon would now be exactly what we wanted. Not only that, but following a later call she arranged with the manufacturer to provide additional fabric enabling us to cover an existing footstool to match the new suite. Follow-up invoices and e-mails came through within hours, and the service we received could not have been more accommodating or helpful.
Next we will be choosing a carpet to complement the new suite, and, having received fabric samples just today, we will be back on Clayton's doorstep asap!
Heartily recommend them, as their prices are very competitive too.

Usually get our carpets from Clayton and always been good service.
However went in today after the cat created a bloodbath on the carpet last night due to a dead mouse. Went in today to seek advice, got that and free can of spray to deal with it.
Customer service has always been great, this absolutely confirms it! 😁

just had a hardwood floor fitted into our computer room. the quality of the floor and the fitting service is brilliant. we have had the whole house carpeted by claytons, and two bedrooms fitted with wardrobes. they are an exceptional company, we would not go anywhere else! Their staff are friendly and excellent, and their prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic Lincoln based carpet company.
Because the quality of their product is so good, it was some years since we had occasion to use them but just ahead of Christmas they managed to squeeze in the fitting of our bedroom / landing / stair carpet.
Such a luxury feel to the product and we are very pleased.
With some of the left over carpet we had David 'whip' the edges to form a front door mat in perfect harmony with the carpet itself.
Excellent service that not everyone knows about and saves having to try and match-up something. Can be cut to a bespoke size too so 'perfect fit'!
