Look they cost a bit to deal with this an they seem only to work on one of the three major credit ratings agencies and I hope this will be enough for me to one day either get a small beyond debit only cc with a small overdraft again AND/OR allow myself to be added to major loan applications or will help in some way if they check my corporate or extend check if my close relative/etc apply for loans and the loan company checks up on me anyways as I might be joint owner of the property that would be seen as security. A few years of slipping, a few years of forgetting, of being a bit forgetful, of and of personal issues and a bit of false attribution to me of debts that were not mine saw me feel as I was tainted for the rest of my life I think this has helped me lot I sure hope it has . Without it I would be between a rock and hard place I feel.

The team was very understanding and cooperative in regards to a blacklisting on my credit report from a old overdue Telstra bill. After 3 weeks it had been processed and cleared from my credit report and i am now eligible for finance

Jordan was amazing from day one. Kept us up to date and went well above expected level of service. Extremely helpful, understanding and caring to resolve a situation when my wife was battling cancer. While ANZ didn't care about the health issues, Jordan kept pushing till the outcome was reached and defualt removed.

Polite customer service. It was quick and easy. I was updated on when my defaults were paid off and they were quick to respond to my queries.

I came to Clean Credit for help when not even the ombudsman could assist me. My ex-partner had a phone in my name with Telstra and I had tried years ago to get the number transferred, but they refused to transfer the number without the outstanding bill being paid. Telstra never told me the transfer did not go though and all communication with Telstra went to my exes email (bills etc) One day I received a letter from Telstra stating I owed $3855 for a past bill. The ombudsman opened a case but told me I had no leg to stand on. After working hard to have clean credit I now had a default on my name, a large default. I engaged with Clean Credit but honestly had my doubts, I did not see how they could help. I passed on the information they asked for and within 2 weeks the default was removed! At the end of the month my rating had gone up again. I was then able to refinance my very high interest rate car loan to a normal bank loan. I am now saving for a house and have no concerned if I will be approved. I would use Clean Credit again if I ever had to, the process was seamless and successful. I am very grateful to the team at Clean Credit.

I had so many defaults on my credit file old and new ones, that I could not even get an electricity account. From the 1st call with Chole to the constant updates with Jorden, they have left no stone unturned to help get my credit back on track, which has helped get our family's finances back on track. I sincerely thank Jorden for her continued persistence and understanding of our situation. She has given me hope with our finances and I never expected the amazing outcome I have had. I have been able to trust her with the most personal of information.
