Very fast response, locksmith was there as soon as I arrived home. Guy was very friendly and did a fantastic job got me into my flat within minutes. Can't recommend this company and the locksmith enough great experience.

Called out straight away and sorted the door out for me. Being a business I couldn’t stay closed so speed was of the essence. Polite and friendly guy too. Highly recommend!

Grate service, very professional and quick job

Do not use, 100% scam artists. I spoke to a female on the phone who said it would be £59 to come out and then £25 on top of that. We needed one lock changing.

They sent a man who turned up in a taxi and was extremely rude. He looked at the door and said it would cost £300. I disputed this with him and he said it was £59 and then the rest for labour. I then spoke to the same female on the phone who miraculously told me she did not remember our conversation. The rude man then said he could do a cheaper option for £240... I again told him this was far too expensive. He then said that he would speak to a manager on a call to see if he could get it cheaper, he looked at his phone for one second then said to me "my manager said it can be done for £180." I then asked how did he manage to have this conversation for one second with his manager when I clearly saw that this did not happen, and miraculously he could not understand what I was saying. He proceeded to say this conversation was on text/ WhatsApp, I asked if I could see it, but he said it was a private conversation.

Knowing I was on to him, he quickly left my house.

I rang back the company to complain, but they put the phone down on me and blocked me.

Once again, do not use, they send cowboys and absolute rip offs.
