The Click4Assistance team have been very helpful throughout the whole process from set up to ongoing system support. We find the system very reliable and user friendly.

The team at Click4assistance are always happy to discuss and resolve any issue you may have and respond quickly and efficiently. Click4assistance were very detailed with answering our initial enquiry.
I received regular calls during the trial period to make sure everything was working as we had hoped. I was assisted quickly when I wanted to adapt the design our customers would see in the live chat box from the friendly team. For what you get out of the software the price is great. I still receive calls to make sure I am happy with software after signing up which is great. It also suited us well as we didn't have to sign into a long rolling contract, would highly recommend
