This is all new to me. And especially not being English it might be tricky to understand everything and not to get yourself confuse what do. But with supporting team behind the screen you have not to worry. Massive shoot out to Laurie-Alysia. She sorted things effortless and in professional manner. Absolutely superstar! Some people should take a lessons from her for customer service/support.

Despite enrolling and paying for the course over a week ago, the course booklet has yet to reach me.

I have only just started, and while it seemed a bit over whelming at first and also a little confusing as to where to start, the access to my tutor and the clarity they provide is very helpful and I am thoroughly enjoying my studies with cloud learn.

Laurie, is the best. Polite, kind and considerate. Responds always and always tries her best to help. Definitely recommend Laurie :)

I am currently doing A-Level Maths and Economics. The way each unit is set up is extremely helpful and makes self learning way easier than I thought it would be. I definitely think this course is better than my experience I had when I was at school. Furthermore, the tutors are quick and kind with their replies. Looking through the revision assessment it's incredibly helpful as a different set of questions are generated each time so it's almost like a new paper each time. I would never look back from this, definitely would recommend this to everyone.

I am taking the Business 9-1 2025 course and absolutely nothing is the same or matches in the book and online portal. I cannot find the links in the book on the online portal, so how am I supposed to access them?

The advisor “Laurie” whom I spoke with on the telephone was extremely patient and supportive. She guided me step by step through the sign up and payment process and was friendly and professional throughout.

I enrolled with cloudlearn last month to do two GCSE's with them, however I was struggling with one of my courses as I didn't feel like it was for me. I reached out to cloudlearn to ask what my options were, and I had a reply from Niamh. Niamh was so kind and clearly explained my options and was so helpful in switching me onto another course completely stress-free. Thank you Niamh :)

I’m doing the a level chemistry course and have run into some issues. I am learning from home alongside a separate qualification in school, so i am completely on my own for this. The chemistry course has videos attached not specific to the a level specification, leaving me confused a distressed on the very first lesson as i am worrying about American AP chemistry content. Also, some of the diagrams and explanations don’t match up with any other learning resources and materials for this specific course (concerning mass spectrometry), I don’t know if its just going into too much detail, but its leaving me very confused with what i actually need to know.2

Overall, i wish that all the resources were more course specific to the exam i will actually be sitting, or at least specify what are key words and key definitions i need to write down.

Our son was unsure of what path to take, so A levels online allows him to work, travel and study. CloudLearn has been a really good choice for us all.
