I chose to do this GCSE course in Psychology, for my own benefit of learning something new, (at 76!). I love learning! The tutor has always been very helpful, friendly.
I have learnt so much about human behaviour, it has been amazing, and very useful.

I was awaiting my confirmation from my university on whether I would be accepted for this September, however i booked my exam with a support advisor called Niamh in case i wasn’t accepted and needed to sit the exam in November.
Niamh helped me arrange this, within 2 hours i was told i was accepted and she so kindly gave me a refund. Niamh customer service was so amazing and she seemed genuinely pleased for me and wished me all the best for the future. Cloud learn and other support advisors would learn a lot from her. Where do I start? CloudLearn is an incredible IGCSE/A-levels platform! With enough self-discipline and dedication, ClouldLearn can help you get wherever you want to be in your education. I was able to pass my GCSE’s a year early, thanks to using this platform and being homeschooled. The student advisors are extremely helpful and kind, always there to help with any queries, questions or concerns! The process from starting a course to taking the exams is easy-going, hassle-free and makes everything a lot less stressful. There are also tutors available who are ready to respond to any questions on subjects, who are also very good at clearing the confusion.
Overall, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Full support from enquiry right through to signing up. All my questions were answered patiently, promptly and thoroughly. The website is easy to navigate, my son hasn't started his course yet but I have confidence that cloudlearn are the best company to use. Katie was fatastic in helping me sign up and very patiently helped me find an affordable monthly payment plan that works. I Am sure I will book all of my son's GCSEs through cloudlearn, so far I'm impressed.

We are very happy with our experience generally. My daughter is pleased with her results. And we have been well informed regarding anything upcoming, such as exams changes/venue/due dates etc.
The only thing I would add, is with the maths calculator/non calc paper being the opposite way round, to non IGCSE and so it meant my daughter was therefore unprepared for this, regarding equipment and mindset.
We would however highly recommend. Exam centre near and easy to access/park etc. price good/payment plans. It's all made so easy and caters for everyone.

My son has been doing his GCSEs through CloudLearn for the past year now and we have had the best experience.
The online curriculum has been very good, detailed and easy to understand. Tutors have been available 24/7 to help us with any questions we might have had.
What we love about CloudLearn is that you can study at your own time and there is always someone to help.

We have just enrolled my daughter into Cloudlearn and so far it has been a great experience, Katie has been so helpful and informative, very quick to respond to questions and generally a lovely person to comminicate with, this has assured me that I have made the correct choice in education provision for my daughter.

First of all, I had some issues booking the course. Then I had a problem booking the exams. Laurie-Alysia Ndifor supported me in both cases. She was very kind and patient with me. I feel I was a great challenge because I was so confused about the way the website works, and furthermore, I am living in a different time zone. Laurie has been very professional and curious, she did not show any signs of irritation towards me although I was a very difficult customer. Much gratitude.

I contacted cloud learn and was responded to by Keli. I wasn’t getting on so well with one of my courses and asked if I would be able to switch over to another one. The response was swift and the whole process of switching courses was completed in a just a few hours. Great service 👍
