I phoned up after having a few issues enrolling my daughter online. I was put through to the lovely Laurie-Alysia, she was truly so friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to you. She got the technical team on to the issues and kept me updated every step of the way via email. The issue was all resolved and my daughter is now enrolled on her course and looking forward to her learning with you. Truly cannot praise the support I was given more, this lady was really wonderful.

Got a lot of from Katie Haggerty. Gave quick and helpful responses to any and all questions I had about my concerns, payment and overall helped me to make a informed descion.

Cloud Learn was a complete waste of time and money. Definitely recommend getting a textbook instead and watching videos online as they are free. The "tutors" are rude and not very helpful. My tutor didn't mark practice papers that i sent that are from the exam board which was very unhelpful. As well as this there were many spelling mistakes which many reviewers have complained about. I tried to use cloud port but each lesson was very overcomplicated which made the experience worse. In the end i just used textbooks and videos which means i am basically just giving them money for them to not even be bothered to mark things that i send. Also you cant send pictures which is very unhelpful as im having to explain everything by text. Most of the good reviews you see are bots so look at the 1 star reviews as they will show you the true reviews of this company.

Laurie was really helpful. The previous advisor before didn’t tell me to fill in a form and told I would receive it in 14 weeks. Laurie was really pleasant and hopefully now I will receive my certificate. Thanks to Claire as well who helped me pass with extra tutoring. Thanks cloud learn for getting me a grade 4 GCSE in English. Once I get maths I may get a degree.

Very friendly and reliable consultant. All the information was dealt with efficiency.

Laurie made the whole process easy, answered my question quickly, payment process was simple, and my daughter seems to be finding the site easy to use.

We used the books which are a great back up resource. Student advisor was very helpful and available, helped us sort us exam centres and resolve issues swiftly.
Still got to do the exam but so far so good!

Niamh was fabulous. She helped me out with the whole process from initial enquiry to set up and always on hand to answer any questions. She reassured me around booking exams for my child with additional needs for access arrangements and made the whole experience stress free. Would totally recommend this company.

In all my dealings with CloudLearn staff I have had positive experiences. Especially from Keli Gibson who is a really helpful and knowledgeable person to deal with. She has helped me on a number of occasions and today really helped me out with an issue where I had misunderstood .

We spent hours researching home distance learning for 3 A-Levels over the last few weeks. There are so many companies to choose from and it was rather overwhelming not knowing who to go with that would provide a high-quality service with responsive tutors etc and it's not cheap, then the extra exam fees at a later stage. We decided on Cloud Learn and the whole experience was very good, the lessons were laid out in a varied yet informative manner and the tutors were quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately, we had a huge change in our family circumstances and had to pull out of the course, through no fault of Cloudlearn, and we received a refund immediately as we were still within our 14-day cooling-off period. Niamh was so kind and understanding and even messaged me privately to offer her support and to wish us well. When our circumstances change we will come back to Cloudlearn. Thank you guys! Highly recommended.

I would like to say a big thank you to Laurie at Cloud Learn. I recently called customer services to request to postpone my son's course until nearer the GCSE exams so he could have subject support at that time.  I spoke to Laurie-Alysia who was very helpful; she provided an extension to his course up to his exams at no extra charge. She was very efficient and quick in replying to my email and sorting out any queries I had. A very positive experience and a big thumbs up for excellent customer service.

I recently enrolled in CloudLearn and so far, the experience is top-tier! Ms. K. Gibson made enrolling so easy and simple and answered all my questions in such a timely manner. Any issues I had found or questions she solved and for that, I am grateful. Her customer service is most definitely 10/10. As for the program itself, I was nervous heading into it as I was out of practice for so long, but everything was well put together. The videos, the notes, the links everything is made so easy for you to understand. And the tutor, Mr. Kieran's response time is remarkable. Great customer service and he made me feel comfortable no matter how many questions I asked. Highly recommended!
