Fast delivery. Great product. A little too expensive.

Your end was excellent promt dispatch, but the delivery DPD was appalling they said it was delivered and accepted by me but in trueth it was dropped off outside at the door of a house 2hundred yards away and the package was damaged.

had to phone up to get an understanding of what I needed. They were really helpful, bringing up my previous order and ensuring that I ordered like for like from my previous order.

Not impressed with the communications with the company. After receiving the initial automated order confirmation email there was no follow up email of when the product would be shipped until after I sent an email to chase the order. Admittedly this was over the Xmas/new Year break but the lack of communication was just poor. I needed the item urgently and never once did I get the feeling anybody could give a damn. And a shipping charge of £10 for a basin tap is just ridiculous.
