For a company that “does not question or judge” seemed pretty judgey when they called and cancelled a fully paid bus going to the march in Washington yesterday. They called 11 hours before the bus was supposed to arrive, leaving the organization and leaders to scurry to find another bus. They didn’t even offer reimbursement. In light of the Islamophobia happening in the world today, that would be very sad if this is the reason.

It was very disappointing and unprofessional how the company handled the reservations ,calling us at 5:30 in the afternoon the day before to cancel the booking because of the mechanical issues with the bus .will never recommend for any one to do business with them.

no words can describe my frustration with this company. After organizing for buses to take us from CT to DC, this company cancelled on us last minute.
we planned accordingly to leave TODAY 11/05/23 at 6:30 am.
the busses cancelled on us last night at 11 PM. unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.
After cancelling on is, we were not able to get in contact with any form of worker or manager that works for Coach USA. after paying in full, and doing everything that was asked of us. we had to reorganize our plans and luckily find another company to reserve with after cancelling on a group of over 40 people!

There not safe very risky also they don’t have clean buses

My muslim community had a reservation for a critical event. The company canceled the event last minute in order to screw up our event. Later on we found out that they do that with all Muslims. This is racist and very shameful behavior. It is not only about treating customer based on their faith or religion, it is about their intention to hurt people feelings.

We had the bus booked several days before the day of our trip however last second the company cancelled on us without explaining why or giving compensation

We booked a trip with Coach USA for a large community to Washington, DC on November 4, 2023. Everything seemed fine until the night before the trip, when Coached USA canceled our community reservation. coach USA did not offer any explanation, apology, or compensation for the inconvenience.
Our community was shocked and angry by Coach USA lack of professionalism and customer service. Our community had already made plans and arrangements for the trip, and at the eleven hour, had to scramble to find another transportation option at the last minute. It was a nightmare. We wasted a lot of time, money, and energy because of Coach USA irresponsibility. They ruined our community trip and caused us a lot of stress and hardship.
We do not recommend Coach USA to anyone. Coach USA is unreliable, untrustworthy, and disrespectful. Coach USA doesn’t care about ITS customers or ITS reputation. Coach USA is the worst transportation company we have ever dealt with. Stay away from Coach USA if you value your t

Do not waste your time with this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable at all. We had a reservation for 55 person and they cancelled it few hours before the trip and they left us with no option at all. It seems most of the people had the same issue based on the previous reviews. 👎

We hired this company to take out group 40+ people out to DC. At last second we received a call saying the the driver will not be able to make it. After organizing all of these people we were left with nothing but more stress and work for our organizers and people jointing the bus. Keep in mind this was fully paid for and ready to go. Not only that but even after we received the call that they can’t make it anymore, we were unable to get in contact with any form of manager in the company to help resolve the issue. Horrible choice for any one looking to hire a bus company. Would not recommend what so ever.

My local community planned a trip with Coach USA to Washington DC on November 4th and after everything was arranged and planned with the group, Coach USA cancelled the reservation with no warning or explanation at the last second. Luckily we were able to find a replacement but as you can imagine, renting a bus for an extended trip at the last second is an inconvenience not only for the organizers but the participants of the trip as well.

I personally do not like pulling the race card but with the spike in islamaphobia in the US as well as the ongoing political scene, it does not feel that this cancellation was done with any good intentions considering the group going was primarily Muslim.

I do not recommend anyone to use their services.

We booked the bus, the night before at 5:30 called us telling us that buss has mechanical issues, and asked to speak to the manager, but they hanged up on us. Leaving us stranded and we had a commitment for tge next day.
This is not the way you do business, I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Had a trip planned, paid in full and this company cancelled on us LAST minute. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They had NO reason to give us as to why it was cancelled last minute and did NOT offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

I have 195 paper tickets valued over $1500 purchased pre-COVID and during COVID. They do not have expiration date and I started using them again when I started commuting to NY more frequently recently. On October 24 the bus driver informed me that they do not accept paper tickets. I contacted Coach USA customer service who refused to exchange paper tickets for the current digital ones or refund me the money. They finally told me that the 3month window to exchange the paper tickets to a new format was closed. However, they refused to tell me when that mysterious window was. This is a pure scam!

Horrible experience with CoachUSA trying to get to Newark Airport from NYC Port Authority bus station. Bus never showed.. long line of passengers waiting, Had to give up and take a taxi at $100. No one there to explain or tell us what was going on. Asked for a refund online but have not heard back. Also, no one at ticket counter to ask questions of and signage/instructions was not adequate at all.

I have been riding Coach USA bus for 4 years. I started my journey in October of 2019. I have to say that the drivers are well trained. I feel very safe and comfortable riding with them. I can even nap knowing that the ride is going to be smooth. I catch the bus in 2 different locations. Port Authority to Railroad Ave and other days I catch the bus in white plains NY to railroad. The only problem I had catching the bus was due to the weather. Other then that. I never had a problem. Keep up the good work Coach USA. This passenger is very pleased and satisfied. Kudos to all the drivers I have rode with. Thank you!

Note: The date of experience wouldn't let me put in my actual date of when I started riding with the bus but from 10/2019 until to now.

The Chicago o hare bus shuttle is full of immigrants which is not the problem. The problem is the company failed to tell anyone they moved leaving a bunch of ppl freezing in the cold. No one could tell me wheee to go and I have to catch a train to the bus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bad experience, very late bus from port authority (to EWR), overcharge above pricing posted at Port authority terminal. Bus was supposed to board at 1:15pm, but did not leave until 1:42 (delay updates on their website were completely fictitious). Quoted senior price was $11.85, but we were charged $12.50 each to board bus.

How to end your stay on a really stressful note. We had to take the bus from the city center to reach Newark. 1 hour later the bus was still not there and the operator told me that it would not arrive before 6 p.m. (initially announced at 2 p.m.). YOU GUYS TAKE PEOPLE TO THE AIRPORT NOT TO THE CORNER MARKET! No information on the waiting site and no refund possible because the ticket is valid for 1 year, as if I was going to come back by then. A real shame!
