It’s unfortunate i bought golf shoes prior to reading reviews here. The golf shoes I bought didn’t last but a few rounds before the synthetic top portion of my grey Zerogrand discolored. I never experienced this with expensive golf shoes (made for the elements). After foloowing up with customer service since they never responded other than a robo mail, i got an offer to buy additional product at 30% off. The shoes where a big disappointment but the customer service was worse. Stick with Johnson and Murphy as Cole Haan has gone downhill.
Awful Customer Service!
On August 25th, I visited the store at Arundel Mall and bought two pairs of the same sandals in different colors. They did not have my size so the sales representative said they would ship the items to me. The first pair came then a few days later, the second pair arrived. The problem is they sent me a pair of black slides whereas I had bought a pair of black sandals. On September 7th, I sent an email to customer service outlining what had happened and requesting that the correct item be sent to me. I received a response advising me to go to the store where the purchase was made. I indicated that 1. I do not live in the same state and 2. I should not be made to suffer an inconvenience on the basis of their mistake. I received another response asking me to provide them with certain details. I did as requested and received another email indicating that my case had been shared with the proper team and I would hear from them in 1-2 business days. It has been six days since and I have heard NOTHING from them. I again contacted customer service via chat and was told I would hear from them the next day (Thursday 21). I still have heard nothing further. Summer is over and I still do not have my sandals. Their customer service sucks. Never again!

Ordered a Men's 5.ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxford on 08/05/23. Received confirmation of order on 08/05/23. Noticed incorrect address on 08/07/23. Opened online chat with “Tyra.” The exchange was odd and rushed, eerily of AI. I was hurriedly informed by this “Tyra” that I would have to sign up on UPS’ website in order to correct the shipping address. However, I had no knowledge nor was I informed by Cole Han that the product was shipped or received any tracking information. Each of my statements were responded with “is there anything else I can help you with?” Either this “Tyra” is the most obtuse and insensitive associate or just a cheap imitation of a human being in the form of AI, I found the whole exchanged to be weird and a complete waste of time. Even when I stated that I would need to contact my credit card company because I will surely not receive the package, I received no response from this “Tyra.” What’s more elusive common sense or customer service?

customer service is non existent. I have been chasing but no success. They will send automatic reply saying will get back in 48 hours but this is just fake.
How could these business exist in this era of e commerce. Stay away from purchasee from this company. You will only have hassle if you need to contact them. I will never buy again from this comapny.
Bad experience with returns
Purchased a discounted pair of shoes and later decided to return them. However, after the purchase. it turned out that the only available refund option was in the form of a credit note, rather than receiving a cash refund or having the funds returned to my card. In my attempts to address this issue, I reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, it took seven attempts before my call was answered. Despite my explicit request to speak with the manager, the customer service representative failed to follow through. It appears to be the company's policy to solely issue refunds in the form of a credit note. Think twice to shop in this company.

Nike has ruined the Cole Hahn brand
I have purchased CH prior to the Nike takeover and these shoes were great quality. I currently have 6 pairs of CH purchased after the Nike takeover and 5 of the 6, the soles are separating. I currently went to a wedding and both soles came completely off the shoes.
I will never purchase another pair of CH shoes.
These shoes are crap. You would expect better quality from Nike.

Just really poor customer service
Just really poor customer service. Placed an order because their site promised delivery within a needed time for a birthday present. They did not provide any email updates at all until the day the shoes were to have been delivered. In that sole communication, they changed the delivery date. Prior to that, there was no shipping confirmation. Nothing at all. I reached out to ColeHaan and got a canned response. In todays online shopping world, this is inexcusable. We will never use Cole Hahn again and would tell others to avoid their site for any purchase.

Purchased a pair of the ZeroGran for my husband. The sole came unglued and the back pull ripped out. Customer service offered a 30% discount to purchase another of their horrible quality shoes. 180.00 down the drain. Spend your money somewhere else
$50 Gift card not working and no support
I received a gift card from Cole Haan, since it isn't having an expiration on the card or their e-mail, I didn't use it right away, now I fund something I want to buy, but the gift card didn't work said" the card is unknown". I wrote to their customer service but have no replies. I just hope that cole haan stand by their product including gift cards.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes, realized right after the order was placed that I auto-filled the wrong shipping address. I reached out immediately via chat, they said "due to security concerns we can't change or cancel your order, sorry". Tried emailing their customer service team, got no response. Couldn't cancel the order from my orders page. The shipping label wasn't even purchased for a full day after I ordered. Didn't get any update when they shipped the item like they said I would. Just worthless.

I expected more from this company's customer service. Very unprofessional and useless. I'm not sure why they have this department to begin with.
I tried to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased at one of their stores in NYC (Rockefeller). It was a nightmare.
First of all, the staff was not friendly at all. Secondly, they offered a credit store on a gift card instead of putting the funds back on the cc that was used.
Two days later I tried to place another online order and find out that I couldn't use my gift card because their gift card system has been out for weeks according to their customer service. Even then, they did not offer any solution, So I was forced to use my personal credit card again.
After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email confirming that I'll be receiving my order in two days. Two days came by and the order was still being processed.
Once again, I called customer service and no one was able to help. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager, and of course, none was available.
This is REALLY bad for a company that charges so much for its products.
Horrible Customer Service
I placed an order in early December and it was cancelled 2 days later due to stock shortage. I contacted customer service, they confirm the amount would not be charged. Several days later...they still charged me for the order. Contacted their customer more than 5 times now...everytime I would get the same copy and pasted response asking me to wait 1-2 business days for the refund. When you try to ask more on why is it taking so long, they would just blatantly end the chat. It's been more than a month now and still waiting...

Cole Haan shoes are low quality and overpriced! I purchase the Men's ØriginalGrand Energy Twin Oxford $250.00 Color: Black-Safety Yellow. These shoes were worn very limitedly over a two month period before the toe started to disintegrate under my feet. Wendy C. a customer service supervisor only offered me a 30% coupon towards the purchase of another pair of overpriced sh!tty shoes. Unbelievable terrible customer service. As can be seen from the photos, these shoes were barely worn. And they could not exchange them because they stopped making them after they were introduced in 2022. Hmmmm…. I wonder why they stopped making them? Never again, will I buy another pair. I suggest you do not either.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I bought a pair of "waterproof" cole haan zerogrand Chelsea boots. They are not waterproof at all not even water resistant. My feet were soaked even when it was drizzling when I wear them out. Their customer service was not helpful at all, just looking for excuses to not refund or replace the shoe. I posted a review on this shoe on their official website and they took the review down. I filed a false advertisement compliant to bureau of consumer protection. DO NOT trust this company!

Website promo codes are not working. Billed amount is not the same on my MC than in there system because they use a 3rd party for transaction.
Did at least 8 calls, 5 emails and still nothing. Had to challenge the amount on Paypal.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes - 6-months ago, worn probably 24-times and the stiching started coming apart. Asked for a replacement - NO. Recommended by my Podiatrist, so this will be a no go in the future. Cole Haan can GFT, especially the CS Supervisor, apparently customer retention is NOT part of the equation.
