Cole Haan Customer Support is a joke
Cole Haan Customer Support is a joke. I wanted to change the shipping on my order to overnight to arrive in time for Christmas. They said they couldn't do it on there end and that I could simply order another pair and return the ones with ground shipping. I asked them if they could cancel that order and I would make another order and they said they couldn't do that either. If they can't help change the shipping or cancel an order, I am not sure what purpose they serve if any at all.

Stick to a regular brand, sneakers they look funky on website but once you receive item you can understand how uncomfortable they are, not to mention how cheaply they made with low quality craftsmanship.
I would not recommend cole haan products for actual sport use maybe for a fancy dress party they are suited for as I have mentioned they look good but not for hard usage.
Cole Haan Bundle a LIE
Cole Haan posted a backpack "BUNDLE" for Black Friday and I purchased the "Bundle" where I would receive a backpack and matching card case. They immediately shipped the backpack but when I asked about the card case I have been told by customer service that "no, I didn't purchase the bundle that they offered." Unfortunately, I didn't screenshot the purchase as I thought they were a reputable company. Very shady and frustrating.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order and the minute that I hit send I realized it was the wrong color. I called immediately and talked with a supervisor and was told that you they WILL NOT cancel orders. You have to wait for the product to ship, for you to get it and then return it. I could understand if it had already been shipped but it had not and it still has not!!!!! I was then sent a link that I supposedly have to get return paperwork off it but it does not recognize my order number. No one at Cole Haan cares to help. The reps that I have talked to said they have these issues all day every day.
Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service and shoes. The craftsmanship sucks, their customer service and the whole company sucks. I tried to return the product as it started hurting my heel after wearing about an hour. The store and the main customer service representative told me they can’t return as it has already been worn. I tried to provide rationale that if I am not going to wear the shoes (as it has been worn only for an hour), how am I gonna find out whether the product fits me well or not. But the guy told me “unfortunately he can’t help me.” I will never buy any products again from this store, nor will I recommend this company to my anyone that I know.
Cole Haan Customer Service is no help
Cole Haan shipped to my default address and told me they were not able to update it and that I should contact the shipper. The shipper told me that a delivery attempt had to be made before they could update the address. Once the shipment was delivered I tried to get the shipper to update but they said it was already marked as delivered and that I had to speak with Cole Haan. I contact Cole Haan customer service and they said it was marked as delivered so they would not refund or reship. This is the worst customer service experience I have had and I've had AT&T. Ridiculous. Do not expect any help from Cole Haan customer service.

Called them seconds after hitting the order button bc I realized my saved address was an old out of state address. They told me there is no way to change the address or cancel the order. They refuse to help me get my order. $400 down the drain. Coke Haan is clearly not a reputable brand anymore.
Don’t buy there!
Picked the wrong size and contacted them within minutes. Got the answer that no cancellation possible, nothing can be changed and returns are also not accepted. The order has not even been processed yet. Wow. Client service is like a robot - can do nothing, will do nothing. Pathetic.
extremely poor quality
Extremely poor craftmanship. The last pair of their shoes I bought fell apart IN MY CAR OUTSIDE OF THE SHOE STORE. So they lasted a whole 5 minutes. They have a lot of nerve charging $80 for their shoes. We all know how cheap sweatshop labor is. There's no way their shoes cost more than a couple US dollars to make.

I wish if I can rate them less than that I bought a shoes like two weeks back and I just wore them once after wearing first time the sole started to kind of rip off and when I tried to exchange it then manager didn’t talk well and he sounds like it’s all my fault. I told him to atleast exchange it he clearly refused me in totally unacceptable manner!!!

PACKAGE NEVER RECEIVED AT ALL
I am a patron of Cole Haan and always shop to actual boutique but this time it changed my whole mind for the reputation of this store. I ordered online and says it was delivered but there was no actual delivery person came to drop off my package. I reviewed all my outdoor cameras from the time it says it was delivered. When I reached out to Cole Haan, I was told that they are going to investigate but after so many weeks they never get back to me anymore. I should have read the reviews for this store before ordering online. They never respect customers and left you hanging with unresolved issue. I will never buy Cole Haan anymore because of their very poor customer recovery and no respect.

This has been BY FAR the WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. From the countless amount of times I was hung up on when calling your call centre to the lousy shipping company your brand chooses to do business with, BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
My shoes arrived in Ontario at TForce distribution centre since December 4th. It is now the 15th and I still have yet to receive my shoes. My first email to TForce was responded to promptly but since then as I am still waiting, I’ve sent 3 more emails with zero response. Finally called in several times to them with no help, courtesy and sympathy for the situation. It boggles my mind for a shipping/mailing company to be so lack minded like this.
At this point I doubt there is anything you can do to win me back as a customer who has spent many years shopping at your Toronto store, who’s closet is filled with Cole Haan shoes going all the way back to when Nike held ownership. My favourite shoe brand no longer. I don’t even think I’ll even bother wearing or keeping my order but by the time I get them I can only imagine how long it will take for the mail system to ship them back to you. I’ll eat the $200 and take it as a loss and worry about finding another pair of shoes elsewhere.
To this day I still have yet to speak to one person who even can show a morsel of any care for all the frustrations I’ve endured throughout this whole dilemma.
worst online shopping experience
Cole Haan’s online store uses UPS as a third party to ship their online orders. I did a purchase from their online store 12 days ago. UPS told me that they put the package in front of my house, but I never saw any package. It got stolen most probably (or maybe it was never delivered). Cole Haan told me to solve this issue with UPS as Cole Haan was not responsible for the delivery. I’m still waiting to hear from UPS, they restarted an investigation (after closing it without saying anything). I’m not sure how long this can take but this is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my life as Cole Haan doesn’t respond to my emails. They also closed the case on their end pointing UPS. I had to reopen it and go through all these phone calls with UPS. This is very frustrating as I have to deal with all the logistics. I paid $136 and am not delivered anything yet. I will never ever shop from Cole Haan. Such an incompetent company. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon.
Purchase Cole Hahn shoes at your OWN risk
Over the past dozen years my partner and I have purchased in excess of 15 pairs of Cole Hahn shoes. Our most recent purchase of two pair of Morris Wing (model 95199) will be our LAST purchase. These shoes are virtually unwearable causing chaffing and blisters despite hours of wearing the shoes around the house.
These shoes were purchased over a year ago, however were not worn outside due to Covid. When I contacted the outlet store at MacArthur Glen in Vancouver I was told they could not accept any return. The same response came from the US head office. In light of the Covid world we all have been living through some flexibility with the return policy is warranted.
Avoid purchase of Cole Hahn shoes!
Subsequent to making the above comments, a representative from Cole Haan in the US has made contact and offered a refund for one pair of shoes which we are accepting.
