I've never had issues with Cole Haan orders in the past so I never had to contact the customer service before until now.

My order on the site shows that my order of 2 pairs was shipped with the same tracking #. I received only 1 pair inside a carton box that fits just one pair. The outside UPS label says 5 lbs but the UPS tracking page says 2.5 lbs. I've tried to explain that the warehouse did not ship the second pair and they just kept saying they have to file a case with UPS. The people on the phone are just so rude and so incompetent to even understand my case. They kept blaming on UPS. I am still in shocked of how rude people are on the phone. I have been a long time customer of Cole Haan and have over 30 pairs. This might just be my last pair IF I ever receive them.

I have an expensive pair of boot type shoes from Cole Haan that are practically new in condition with molded soles and heels that completely disintegrated. I went to the shoe repair shop and the repair person said all the injected Cole Haan shoes disintegrate within 2-4 years and not to buy them. I called Cole Haan and they said if the shoe is beyond 1 year old they don’t guarantee them. This is outrageous! I’ll never purchase another pair oh CH again!

I am very very disappointed with customer service at Cole Haan. I bout shoes on cyber Monday and 4 days later the status says "not shipped". When I called customer service asking why my order was not even shipped they told me their policy is 5 business days allowed before shoes will be shipped and maybe next week they ll ship it to me. Then I asked to cancel my order, yet they don't even have that option. Moreover, they cannot speed up the process, they can't help u at all. The only option is there to wait till u get shoes and return it back and then this company will do a refund. Sounds almost like a scam from China. Because of such poor customer service and neglecting of customer convenience I doubt I'll buy shoes from this company anymore.

Cole Haan is very dishonest. I purchased 2 pair of boots on Cyber Monday at 9am. Note that they say that Cyber Monday is not a business day, yet they placed that no where on their site. I paid for 2 day shipping. I have contacted their Customer Service twice (the 2nd guy, Michael, was actually wonderful). But here it is Friday (4 days after I ordered) and Cole Haan can not and will not rely the truth about my order. One pair says the label was created on the Dec 3rd at 8pm and has not left their facility yet. The other boot says that it was shipped 12/5 and will not be here until 12/9. What happened to my 2 day delivery!! I will never order from them again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST.

I wish I could give 0. Their customer service was so bad and so unhelpful. They charged me $680 for a $200 purchase which was very much their fault, and they just said "sorry, wait a few business days for it to resolve." I was so incredibly disappointed I was excited to make my first purchase from them, and now I never want to purchase from their online store ever again because I see that when they make mistakes (which happens to every merchant) they clearly don't care. I have left maybe 1-2 bad reviews for a merchant in my life but the customer service was so bad I needed to leave a review. Buyer beware.

Cole Haan customer service has been so outrageously dispassionate, rude, and incompetent. I have made 5 purchases and have received multiple layers of problems caused by Cole Haan with ALL 5. They have never offered to resolve anything themselves or offer compensation, let alone a genuine "sorry". I work in fashion. I refer wealthy clients every day to Cole Haan's direct competitors. One day a customer asked where I got my shoes (they were Cole Haan boots) and I told her Kate Spade. She spent $6,400 at Kate Spade that month. Cole Haan deserves no public mentions, no publicity, not even a negative one. Hope I can help run them into the ground by referring everyone to spend money at their competitors. Cole Haan gives off a lot of feelings that the employees are abused and overworked. Its very rare for employees to care so little about anyone and anything.

Do not buy a Cole Haan coat unless you want to be disappointed. I purchased a Cole Haan coat that fell apart in less than two weeks. When I contacted the company to get a replacement they would not replace it & would only refund my money. I didn't want a refund, I searched for months to find one I actually liked. It was so disappointing, I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Their workmanship is faulty and their lack of trying to fix their air & keep a customer was insulting.

I don’t know why this says Domenic my name is not Domenic For one their Canadian stores do not have any wide fitting shoes the sales person wasn’t willing to even find me shoes she said sorry we don’t have any wide shoes I was hesitant to order online due to these reviews and so if I need to buy o need to go to USA so I went to Geox ! Kind friendly service someone who found something stylish fitting and someone who provided a full 60 day money back refund policy ! Oh well ! There’s someone who knows how to do business oh btw I was at Vaughan Mills shopping centre !

Bad customer service and no accountability. Just send you around the circle, noone ever actually helps or takes ownership of the issue. I would not deal with this retailer.

Bought a nylon backpack with leather straps for about $120. You would think that for $120 the backpack would last a while, but after 2 measly months, the straps started tearing and now the backpack is useless.

Asked cole haan customer service to see what they can do and after sending them all the necessary information twice, they have still yet to resolve this horribly made bookbag. Slow and worthless communication on their part.

This is also my first cole haan purchase ever. Thanks for the awful experience.

Spent $200+ USD in shoes online - wanted to change them by a slightly lower number. Was not able to do it despite the policy exchange was supposed to allow for it. Customer service was dismal, not even supervisors were available to discuss. What a mistake and waste of money - never again

So, i ordered a pair of shoes with a 40 percent off coupon and the moment i placed the order. It did not apply the coupon and it had quantity of 2 in my cart so i called them immediately to correct or modify the order and they could not do either! I was infuriated. It is rediculous that they do not allow you to cancel an order. Im sure they can but no matter how many managers i talked to, they would not allow anything so they are going to ship them to me and i will immediately return. What a waste of money and time.

This is the only company where "Delivery Method 2-Day" does not mean you'll receive your order in 2 business days. I paid extra for the expedited 2-Day delivery method and when the order didn't ship when I expected I called their customer service. I was told that the order doesn't ship until after a waiting/processing time of 24 to 48 hours. So the 2-day delivery I paid extra for is actually 4 business days (I ordered on a Saturday and was told by customer service on Tuesday that the earliest I will receive it is Thursday). This is why Amazon is taking market share - when I order 2-day shipping from Amazon I receive it in 2 days - not 2 days after they happen to ship the order. Cole Haan should take a lesson from Amazon regarding their ecommerce business.

When you have a company that doesn't allow your online order to be cancelled in minutes of ordering it then seriously something is wrong. Customers can't do it themselves and when you call the customer service agent all I heard was 'sorry I can't do that'. When I said as an alternative, can the agent apply another promo code I had (reason I wanted to cancel and create a new order) which had a bigger discount($25), I heard 'sorry I can't do that'. They didn't even offer to refund me the money and acknowledged that I am stuck with the shoe which I can't even return! Luckily (?) for me I decided to order only one pair instead of 3 as this was my first order with Cole Haan. Surely, this is the last as I can't stand the very robotic 'sorry I can't do that' tune.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I used to be a fan of this brand until a pair of shoes I purchased completely broke apart after very few wears. I contacted customer service and they were NOT willing to take any responsibility for the quality issue since I could not provide a receipt. I explained few people ever keep shoe receipts and they pretty much responded with a "too bad" response. I wish I could post pics on this site for the shoe sole failure. I have never seen anything like it! Both outside soles completely cracked and broke apart. The plastic from China failed. It looks as if a hammer broke them apart. I take very good care of my shoes and had expected to keep these shoes for years. Lol. Don't buy Cole Haan if you keep shoes for more than one season.

As close to outright fraud and still be legal as you can get.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes for delivery to Canada and an authorization was taken on my credit card. 3 or 4 days later, I got an e-mail advising that one of the pairs was unavailable so they would only ship one. I immediately called to cancel the order as I wanted both pair or none. I was told that Cole Haan was not organized enough to do that and that I would get the one pair and could then return it for a full refund. Well I got the 1 pair and immediately returned it. However, their full refund did not include shipping and customs - about $60. Talk about an experience that I will never redo. As close to fraud as you can get.

Nice shoes but unfortunately one of the shoes had a small damage. I contacted support about this and they answered once and then just ignored my messages. Very disappointing.

I ordered shoes on Cole Haan's website. The order wasn't processed for 2 weeks - and I was then told one of the items was out of stock. There was no communication from Cole Haan during this period to set an expectation that there would be a delay. Very poor customer experience.
