Very satisfied with all aspects of my holiday. Booking and travel to resort arrangements were clear and helpful. Resort accomodation excellent and daily local support from Collett’s team at hotel was friendly and very knowledgeable . Recommended walks were scenic and exhilarating .

Ran like clockwork. Luggage transfers were generally waiting for us on arrival. Some great hotels. Walking was just incredible with awesome mountain scenery.

I'm Canadian and my dollar is rather low compared to your currency, yet, I felt I got more than my money's worth.

Excellent organisation and information about the trek.
Hotels & locations were very good.
This was our 5th trek with Colletts and we always return to them as they are reliable and we feel we get excellent value for money.
They do all the organisation and logistics we turn up and do the walking which takes out all the hassle for us.

Every aspect was great from pre booking communication and right throughout our stay. Accommodation and food were excellent. Walking information and on site support were excellent.

Well chosen walks with great guidance from local rép and good map and gps support. Excellent choice of hotel with sumptuous food and good pool and spa for when legs were tired after walking. Was our first time with Colletts but it won’t be our last.

The pre-holiday information provided by Collett's was excellent. On the ground (Collioure to Cadaques) the staff in the hotels and restaurants were very friendly. We felt well looked after at each step of the journey. Overall we both felt the value for money was great. And we loved the location.

We had a wonderful walking holiday in the Swiss Alps. The hotel was excellent, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. The Collett’s representatives were excellent and very knowledgeable about the walks and the walking notes and the app were very reliable.

Lovely Hotel with great facilities, antentive staff and Great food.
Hard, medium and easy walks within easy reach of a short free bus ride, with Collettes staff on hand with great advice and encouragment.

Great choice of trips, friendly helpful staff on the end of a phone to answer any questions at any stage of the trip.
I've been to The Dolomites summer and winter, the Austrian Tirol twice and the Yorkshire Dales.
Terrific staff and guides and excellent accommodation.

Having a team in the village who knew the area extremely well & had great suggestions for what to do.

What sets Colletts apart is their staff. Enthusiastic and helpful, they really go beyond to make sure their clients have the best experience including adapting the walks to suit individual preferences or suggesting entirely new routes once they understand what people particularly enjoy

From the first point of contact, it felt like a great choice, that only continued to deliver. I wanted to take the thinking out of organising, Collets did it all, great communication, lots of walking options, maps, route cards, GPS and a walking guide to help plan appropriately. It was a wonderful few days, with a great selection of walks, returning to comfortable accommodation and delicious food! I would book again, it was great to have every element planned with local knowledge and experience.

Went to Dolomites for a walking holiday this summer with Colletts. They made it a pleasure - from prompt responses to queries before booking to excellent information pre trip. In resort our walk team was fantastic with tailored suggestions for hikes with in depth knowledge of the region. The walk notes and app ensured we were always on the right path! Booking with Colletts really enhanced our experience to ensure we had a wonderful holiday - cant wait for our next trip with them!

The area was great, the hotel was fabulous and Ben and Conny made office hour a delight as they were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. Oh, and as for the swimming lakes.....they we're lifesavers as it was so hot! We shall be returning as we enjoyed it so much. Thank you.

Good hotel with heated outdoor pool. Food generally good.
Walking was excellent in beautiful setting and catered to all levels. Conny and Ben were very helpful particularly on advising best hikes to undertake in temperatures in mid 30C.
Only downside was the chaotic travel from Munich to Ehrwald on both inbound and outbound which was outside control of Colletts which we understand is an ongoing issue.

The support was very good. The hotel in Sallent was terrible,
