I wish I'd ordering products from here over my local pharmacy sooner. Incredibly quick delivery and some of the best customer service I've ever received.

I use coloplast regularly as i have a stoma. Nothing is ever too much. Teghan helped me today as i have brain fog from covid. Brilliant assistance. Would definitely recommend them 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Coloplast Charter have been so reliable in their service to me and so many people in need of stoma care, I order on line, it’s so easy, notifications , deliveries, all informed so well.
When there has been issues, always dealt with promptly and advised.
Also the help line is so quick to reply when I have had an issue with my stoma and products more benificial to use.
Coloplast helps with a stoma persons well being as they have always been there for me. 🙏

I spoke to Claire on online chat to reorder my usual products. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

I was very low on my colostomy bags -my fault.I usually get new supplies very quickly but I needed to stress the order was urgent because I was very low on supply.Charter reacted very quickly and kept me I formed as usual and the supply arrived within 48hrs of ordering, I have relied on them for 20yrs and they have provided an excellent service and on occasion advice on problems with my stoma.A FANTASTIC ORGANISATION. I have always received excellent service from them. The advisors are very helpful and friendly. Place an order and normally receive a couple of days later. Lots of products you can try until you get used to what suits you best. Have tried others but always use Coloplast. Been with them for 8 years now. Highly recommend

Brilliant service used them for years. The last few months had an issue with my doctors sending my prescription. Tried to explain to receptionist in doctors she didn't have a clue.Explained to charter and it was sorted right away excellent service very helpful staff. Easy order online fast delivery 😊👌

I dealt with Teghan today, sorted my problem out in no time at all, I have been dealing with coloplast for sometime now and have always given first class service, considering the amount of clients they deal with on a daily basis, to me, they really do strive to be caring and efficient.

Whenever I call I can guarantee to whatever query I have will be answered sufficiently. Today, after an issue with my gp not sending the prescriptions to the correct suppliers for months, Abby helped sort it out and another lady helped with the delivery because I was running low after delays.

Coloplast charter have been so great with me since my stoma surgery 2 years ago. Very helpful and knowledgeable and they are great.

Where to start? The company are awful. They promise the earth and dont deliver. I have had awful problems with the bags that leak or don't stick. I was"given" a personal point of contact who has ignored every phone call and email. Radio silence. Try to force me to use certain bags that are no good in my situation. When questioned if they actually have a stoma of course the answer was no. Supposed to be experts but don't even listen to the patient. I have been without supplies for over a month and had to resort to buying my own from Amazon when I'm UK based and these should be free to me! I ring up and they make the sympathetic sounds like they care but don't return the calls. Vile company who are literally there to make share holders richer with no care for the patient.

So yes somebody did ring me back to apologise and promise me the earth. Had a lovely chat to somebody who was taking me on personally and we talked through what happened and what I need etc. Promising start until tonight I come home to my package with completely the wrong items that I cannot use. Precut to the wrong size (hole too big) and sent bags that are absolutely no good to me. Also sent barrier rings that I explicitly said I cannot use instead of barrier wipes.. at this point I'm just speechless at the sheer incompetence of this company and I shall be contacting my stoma nurse to as if I can change companies.

I recently had a concern that there was going to be a delay to my bags due to an error by my GP. On contacting Charter - Kathryn was so helpful in solving the problem whilst also reducing the timeframe to when i would recieve my order (due to output issues) without me even asking. That was so helpful….brilliant service 🙂

I didn’t receive an item on my last order.
I contacted them straight away via email.
I had a response straight away with an apology.
Within 2 days I had received my item.
The service was great and the apology was the icing on the cake

Having been catheterised for very nearly a year, I have now had a prostate operation and have happily rejoined the world of the weeing. During this rather lengthy episode with its various ups and downs, the one thing that I could always rely on was the treatment and efficiency I received from your company. I always ordered by phone because everyone I spoke to was always friendly, considerate, polite and professional. If there was a wait for a staff member to be available, I was only ever left for a few minutes and then offered a callback, which also always happened very quickly. Alas, a far cry from most companies who insist on serenading me with canned classics for half an hour or so. I was sent various emails to inform me of the progress of my orders and they were always delivered on time and with the correct contents. Rather sadly, such behaviour has become all too rare among today’s business world but it has been a pleasure to discover in Coloplast a company who still upholds such high standards. You clearly recognise that very many of your customers are elderly and going through a very difficult time in their lives and your caring, considerate, reliable and efficient approach has been very much appreciated.

Claire! Calm and reassuring.

Coloplast have always been incredibly helpful but last Friday I realised that supplies were running low and my GP had sent my prescription to the wrong supplier. I got it reissued and rang Coloplast to explain and ask when I could expect delivery. The lady I spoke was incredibly helpful and released the items for delivery immediately telling me I could expect them on Monday.

Less than 24 hours later the courier knocked on my door. I cannot praise everyone involved in the process enough.

Had a great online lady called Samantha who changed my details for my Primary Address and new GP after moving home. All done in a flash!
