Item arrived later than what was expected. Took customer service a week to respond to my question about my order.

The company are great. Some of my order was missing but I contacted the company and they apologised and arranged for it to be delivered the next day.
However, when it came to wearing the contacts, they looked amazing in, but I couldn't see through them at all. To be fair, they were the blind white ones, but I didn't realise that it would mean you couldn't see through them. So gutted that I couldn't wear them for the party I was going to. However, I might still use them for a photoshoot.
