Their communication was poor and they refused a full refund, quoting hidden (and illegal) terms and conditions. Refused to engage with discussion after the event and I had raised a complaint. Avoid at all costs.

This company seems to have an agreement with a number of different companies. My contract was with them but the company they used was Sapphire Parking. Check the reviews to get a feel for what they are all about. What I signed up for was described as “premium parking”. What I got could not have been further from premium. A random individual with no ID collected the car after informing they needed £8 for the parking. Were we not against time he would not have been allowed to take the car. On our return a forty five minute wait for the car and another £8 charge. For me Meet & Greet didn’t even come into the equation. Let me just say this NEVER AGAIN.

Booked a car pick up and drop off at Gatwick. Received an email confirming normal instructions i.e. call the driver 20 minutes before arriving, which we did, 23 TIMES and he did not pick up. By now we are at Gatwick, have already paid £10 to enter the pick up zone and £89 for the service and now have no choice but to park in Gatwick Car Park or miss our holiday (this cost us an additional £275). When we got home, we contacted compareparkingprices.co.uk and received a nice reply asking for evidence. Sent them the screenshots of all the calls and we have not heard anything since. No sorry, no reply, no refund. They have basically taken our money and offered us nothing!

Awful experience. The terms the parking company later relied on were supposedly not properly published in the booking information I received, and there was a clear disconnect between the company I paid through and the company actually providing the parking service.

When things went wrong, both sides seemed intent on avoiding blame rather than resolving the issue. Compare Parking Prices kept saying they were only an agent, while the parking company kept pointing back to terms that were not clearly disclosed to me at the point of booking.

I’m also pursuing a SAR because I want to see exactly what records they hold, what was communicated internally, and whether the information I received matches what was actually passed between them. At the moment, the whole thing feels misleading, disorganised, and evasive.

The parking was ok a bit out of the way. Track to parking was a bit rough and was located in a farm with a locked gate due to roaming dogs. Only downside was e tra costs on waybout due to additional fees from airport which would have been appreciated if we knew in advance. Pick up - we were an hour earlier than we had thought luckily the driver had dropped someone off and we got in the van. After a lot of questions I might add so all in all was ok

Excellent service , booking was easy would use again.

Service and communication were great. Was a little hard to find as we didn’t arrive off the motorway. Car was well looked after and we didn’t have to wait long for pick up on arrival back. Would use again.

Used this company driver was excellent so friendly on arrival and return he was helpful with everything. Parking space was ideal and safe.

Easy to find with simple instructions.
Straight forward hand over dropping off car. Took a little while to get car returned but the airport was very busy. Would use again.

Good parking lovey chaps and a beautiful new merc bus and the driver was mint..
Just wish we had some tarmac on the ground in the carpark...
But overall very happy.

Booked for Terminal5 Heathrow. Easy to book and efficient drop off and pick up procedures. Competitive price too.

We originally booked parking for 3 trips with this company. Many of the parking options state that your vehicle might be taken to a separate secure location up to 5 miles from the drop off while you are away, so we understood that when booking. However, we had an AirTag in our car and saw that it was parked on a residential street for the entire time we were away. Not a secure facility. Because of this, we decided to cancel the other two bookings.

For all bookings, we had purchased the cancellation coverage. The policy wording in our booking clearly stated that if you have cancellation coverage, then there is NOT an admin fee if you cancel. So we should have received full refunds. For both bookings, they eventually gave a refund except for a £15 pound admin fee. They claimed that if we did not have cancellation coverage, then we wouldn't get a refund at all, and that with cancellation coverage, there is still an admin fee. That is NOT what our policy stated.

I sent screenshots of the policy and have emailed them numerous times, but they just keep misquoting their own policy. I warn anyone to stay away from this company. Not only was our car parked in a NOT secure location, but they will refuse the refund you are owed if you cancel.

They collected my car with a 5 min wait and returned my car also with 5 min wait.
Very pleasant staff and helpful.

Great price as well and would certainly recommend them.

We used Compare Parking for our Gatwick Flights, it was an excellent service from start to finish. The meet and greet process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The driver was punctual, friendly, and professional, meeting us exactly where arranged at the airport. Vehicle collection and return were handled seamlessly, making our travel experience much more convenient.

Communication was clear throughout, and the car was returned in perfect condition. It's a fantastic option for anyone looking for reliable airport parking without the hassle of searching for a parking space or waiting for shuttle buses.

Be extremely cautious when booking with this company. You won’t know who you’re actually entrusting your car to until after you’ve paid—and by then, cancelling will cost you £15.

Here’s what happened in my case:

- Throughout the entire booking journey, the service was presented as “Go Park Heathrow – Meet and Greet”, with no indication that any other company would be involved. I researched Go Park Heathrow beforehand and was comfortable with their reputation, so I went ahead and booked.

- However, only after receiving the booking confirmation did it mention a completely different company: Express Parking Heathrow. When I looked them up, I was shocked—their Trustpilot reviews are among the worst I’ve seen, and their profile is even marked as “cannot be verified” due to guideline breaches.

- I immediately contacted them to request a full refund, on the basis that:
1. the service was misleadingly advertised, and
2. they assigned my booking to a company with serious Trustpilot compliance issues.
I explicitly made clear that I expected a full refund, including the £15 cancellation fee.

- While a refund was eventually processed, the £15 fee was still deducted. My follow-ups challenging this have been completely ignored.

Overall, this felt misleading and unfair—from the lack of upfront transparency about the actual provider, to the refusal to properly address my complaint.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Took my clean car and gave it back covered in bird poo and debris, also got a PCN in the post which I appealed. Avoid at all costs and just pay the extra for official airport parking.

This comparison website have stolen my money. I booked, and then because of circumstances beyond my control, it was necessary to cancel the booking a few hours later. Here we are, almost 3 weeks later and they still haven't refunded my money.
Their website has all these amazing reviews, but if only I checked Trustpilot first! Absolutely thieves. I have had to claim my money back through the bank.
I would urge anyone to check legitimate reviews here first before booking.
