Appalling company that blatantly lie to shut you up.
Had to wait for someone to turn up to drop our car off but not too long before our holiday.
However after a very long flight home we did not need to wait 50 mins for our car to appear. Phoned the company 4 times to be told car they will be 10 mins then a few mins. Then I was told our car is there but there’s a prob Outside the terminal.
Complete lie, other cars were arriving and going. This company traded under Platinum Parking !!! They are anything but and the driver himself didn’t seem to understand English. Do not use they are con artists

Booked meet and greet, they provided booking confirmation, drive to Heathrow only to be told they have not booked the parking, these are middle men who stole our money, the man hung up the mobile and turned it off when we called, remember this when you have a flight to catch in a couple of hours and are stranded, avoid middle men

Absolutely disappointing experience with EzyBook
I cancelled my airport parking booking on 1 April 2026 and requested a refund the very same day. I was told the refund would be processed within 14 working days, yet weeks later I still have not received my money.
I have had to repeatedly chase them for updates, provide my bank details again, and was even told the refund had already been processed and would arrive within 1–5 days. That also never happened.
The lack of communication, constant delays, and false assurances have been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to continuously chase a company just to receive money they are owed.
I am now escalating the matter further as this has gone on far too long.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

The scum of the scums. had some change inside my cup holder which I use for shopping troley. Gues what, when i picked up my car it was gone. It's not about the 3 or 4 quid that are missing it's about the scummy things that you do. After i contacted the phone number which is labeled COMPLAINTS i was laughed in the face by another scum who works there. Never again, and pay your people more so they don't have to steal. I already comtacted the bank for a charge back because theft must be punished
We booked our Meet and Greet service
We booked our Meet and Greet service and ended up with a bill of just under £1000 to pay. Firstly, we couldn't get hold of anyone 20 mins prior to dropping our car off, (which is a little anxiety you don't need before your holiday.) Finally we got hold of someone and we dropped our car off and went on our holiday. We returned 10 days later with the same problem of not being able to get hold of anyone to find out where to collect our car from. Finally, we found our car with the key under the wheel arch and the exit parking ticket to pay £8, which we did and left the carpark. We went home and thought nothing about this. 2 months later, I collected my husband from a business trip at Heathrow Terminal 2. I found my car had been blocked from parking at any of the Heathrow carparks and I had a bill of £1000 to pay from not moving my car for 10 days back in Feb? Did Ezybook move my car and hold it securely in another carpark for 10 days or not????

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I wish I had read the other 1-star warnings here before booking. This is not a legitimate booking platform—it is a operation designed to take your money and ignore you until you give up.
Here is exactly what happened to me:
March 27th: I requested a cancellation and refund. They promised I would have my money back within 14 working days.
April 14th – 18th: The deadline passed. I sent multiple follow-ups with zero response. Anna finally replied citing "technical issues" and asked for my bank details (which I provided immediately).
April 23rd – 30th: Kevin Brown promised my refund would arrive "next week between Monday and Friday." That week is now over. No refund. No ARN number.
May 1st (TODAY): The refund deadline has now passed. I spoke to a representative named Aria Mohan who was rude, dismissive, and refused to understand the situation. He made it clear that this company has no intention of returning my money.
They have had my money for over a month. They have made repeated false promises. They have ignored legally binding deadlines. And now they have treated me with contempt.
What you need to know about EzyBook:
They hide behind "we are just a booking agent" excuses when things go wrong, but they are happy to take your money immediately.
The BBC's The One Show and Watchdog have previously investigated meet-and-greet parking firms associated with EzyBook.
Companies House records show they have faced compulsory strike-off action (meaning they have been at risk of being closed down by the UK government).
Other reviewers report their cars being driven hundreds of miles, damaged, or left on public roads.
My next steps:
I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank. I am filing a claim with Money Claim Online (Small Claims Court) today. I have reported this matter to Action Fraud.
To Kevin, Anna, and Aria Mohan: You have my bank details. You have my money. You have broken every promise you made. See you in court.
To anyone reading this: Book with a reputable company like Holiday Extras or direct with the airport car park. The small savings with EzyBook are not worth the months of stress and the real risk of losing your money entirely.
35 POUNDS IN HIDDEN FEES
An extra fee of 5 pounds for each passenger is not included in the booking. Also, if you do not put your exact airport arrival and departure times, they will charge you an extra 20 pounds as a fine. If you have diabetes and need extra time in the airport, they will still fine you. If your plane is delayed, they will fine you. This company will find any way to take your money; it will cost you much more by the end of your trip than going to alternatives.

Drop off went smoothly. However I waited 27 minutes for my car even though when I rang I was told 10 mins. Also not sure how far my car was driven or if it was taken on an additional journey as my fuel went down considerably.

Paid for parking at Stansted airport and phoned 30 minutes before arrival as told. Was told orange car park zone D. No one there as they were actually at zone A. Picked car up with an extra 20 miles on the clock and sugar over the centre consul. Don't know where they park the cars but can't be local. Wont use them again

Whilst on the way to the airport 30 mins before arrival as requested by EzyBook we called the number provided. Once we had arrived, there was no sign of our driver. Several calls later to the office, whilst in the pickup/dropoff area of Luton Airport, we kept being told the driver would be there in 2 to 3 minutes. It took 29 minutes for the driver to arrive. At £1.00 a minute it ended up costing £26 for which should have only cost £7. The driver when he arrived, said that his shift had only just started. Not the best start to my holiday. I will definately NOT be using this awful company again for parking. They seem to struggle with English and I found it very difficult to understand them over the phone. The person I was talking to took another call whilst on the phone to me, very rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Telefon number 0333 - never answered, the other one is not valid. Ive tried chat - as soon as i mentioned refund - gone quiet. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, you will never get your money back!! Im in process to get legal action against them. DO NOT WASTE your money!
