The complete blind services has been exceptional! From the start to fitting! I had the Shutters fitted today and they look amazing - a massive thank you to Greg and Muhi - both very friendly and super professional! They left everything tidy and no mess. I am very impressed and will definitely be recommending The Complete Blind Services to my family and friends!

Blinds were made and fitted 6+ years ago and needed to be removed for replacement glazing unit. I couldn't work out how to do this so they visited to demonstrate at no charge. I don't expect to need any more blinds, but if I do, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They also have a very good range of options and very friendly, helpful staff in all departments..

From start to finish, the service I received was excellent. From the initial enquiry right through to the installation, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the options without any pressure.
The shutters themselves are beautiful and have completely transformed the space. Installation day was just as positive — on time, tidy, and carried out with real care and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
Overall, a really great experience and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality shutters and genuinely good service.

Staff were really friendly and helpful - I got a quote a few days after my initial enquiry and the blinds were installed a few weeks later. They were also very reasonably priced for perfect fit blinds. They look great and were installed efficiently and quickly. The man who installed them (sorry didn't get his name!) not only got everything installed, he also offered to help me move my desk back in front of the window which went above and beyond what he came to do. We have used The Complete Blind Service on three different occasions, for various different blinds in our kitchen, bathroom, garden cabin and extension and we have not been disappointed. They have always been professional, helpful, friendly and good value for money. They recently installed a motorised blind for the orangery roof in our extension, listening to our requirements and wishes and providing exactly what we wanted. That is good service!

They finished the job today and the blinds look perfect. The team came as arranged and done a great job. Very helpful and the pride themselves in giving a great service. The customer services team kept us informed and the price is reasonable and good quality blinds . I strongly recommend them .

I’ve tried three times to make an appointment early evening and each time I am promised a call back but don’t get one. Very disappointing. I wanted to shop local but will have to shop elsewhere

I ordered blinds and I thought I was happy with the installation, until I tried to pull up a blind. I cannot pull up the blind because I need the arm space to do this. Unfortunately, there's a wall which is preventing me from lifting the blinds. Someone came out to inspect the work, you would have thought he would have factored this in!. The installer came to install the blinds. You would have thought he would have tested the blinds as another quality check measure. I contacted the company and was informed the pull needs to be on the right and they don't think they can change it. However they will come back to me. Nobody has come back to me and I have had to chase them 3 times. It seems as soon as they get your money, they don't seem to be bothered. Aftercare is unsatisfactory. I even had to wait approx 4 weeks for the blinds. This is not what I paid for, blinds are suppose to go up and down!
