You were advised what documents to bring to your TfL medical appointment, however you attended without your medical records.
When offered another opportunity to provide them, you responded with verbal abuse and threats towards our staff, and repeatedly disrupted our phone lines, preventing us from assisting other clients.
Despite this unacceptable behaviour, we rebooked another appointment free of charge once you obtained your records.
We make every effort to support our clients, however, your conduct has been wholly unacceptable.

Great experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and the process was very clear. When I arrived, the check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Overall, everything was well organized and efficient. Really satisfied with the service.

To be honest
To be honest, I think I’m stuck with Compliance Medicals for life now – in a good way! I’ll definitely be back again when my next medical is due.
Had my driver medical done with Compliance Medicals at their Edmonton venue, and honestly, the whole process was spot on from start to finish.
A mate recommended them to me when I was sorting out my taxi badge licence, and I’m glad he did. I’ve been back since and the service has been just as good, so I’d say I’m definitely a returning customer now.
Once I booked, everything was really clear. I got a confirmation email explaining exactly what I needed to bring. After paying, they sent a receipt with a cover email explaining the kind of medical records required. I also got email and text reminders before the appointment, which was helpful. They even sent details about parking at the Edmonton venue, which made things easy on the day.
Dr Ahmed was brilliant – very professional but also easy to talk to. He explained everything properly during the medical, so the whole thing felt straightforward and relaxed.
Everything ran on time and was well organised.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic.
I had a TFL PHV medical appointment scheduled for Saturday at 1:40 PM. On Friday around 7:00 PM, I received a call informing me that I needed to bring the TFL form with me. This was the first time this requirement was mentioned.
The following morning, I was working and only had the opportunity to try to print the form shortly before the appointment. Unfortunately, I do not have access to a printer. I called the clinic to explain that I might arrive slightly late because of this issue, and the receptionist told me that the doctor would be able to print the form for me.
Despite this reassurance, when I arrived approximately 15 minutes late, the doctor refused to see me. He was extremely rude and simply told me to call and reschedule.
When I called to reschedule, I was informed that I would have to pay again. I explained that I should not be charged for a service that was not provided, especially given the short notice about the form and the fact that I had called ahead. I was told to send an email with my complaint.
I have since sent two emails requesting to reschedule without additional charge, and I have received no response. I am now being completely ignored.
Very unprofessional handling of the situation and poor communication throughout.

Our records show that a confirmation email and a reminder email were sent to you prior to your appointment, both of which clearly outlined all the items required for your TFL medical. The additional telephone call you received was simply a courtesy reminder about your appointment.
When you contacted our office on the day, you were advised to attend on time and that the doctor would provide the TfL form. As you were the last client on the list, the doctor remained for a short period beyond the scheduled time in case you arrived. Unfortunately, you arrived over 30 minutes late, by which time the clinic session had already ended, and you met the doctor as he was leaving the building, when it was no longer possible to see you.
As this was recorded as a missed appointment, we were unable to reschedule for free, and this was explained to you when you contacted our office.
