Renewal of HGV licence

The appointment was booked only just over an hour in advance, and was quickly fulfilled with no fuss. The Doctor clearly explained the whole procedure and then double checked that I understood.

We understand your frustration, however, TfL requires our doctors to report all relevant medical history, which may include past medication, even if it is no longer being taken. We are not permitted to omit information that may affect a licensing decision.
TfL may request further information as part of their standard process, and we are happy to assist with this when needed. However, we have no record of you contacting us regarding this matter.
