Very disappointed. I take various medications and without my knowledge one which stopped me from passing the medical. I was sent outside on the middle of the medical then brought back on while he filled the forms in and then told he wouldn’t pass me . I should have just been told know so my time and effort wasn’t wasted . Now staring unemployment in the face due to know fault of my own , very dissapointed

Professional Doctor and Comfortable Environment.

I recently attended the Compliance Medicals Heathrow Clinic and was extremely impressed with the service I received.

The clinic is conveniently located within the Premier Inn near Heathrow, making it easy to find with good transport links and parking. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was comfortable and relaxing.

The doctor was professional, approachable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the assessment. My blood pressure reading was initially higher than expected, and instead of rushing through the appointment, he asked me to sit and relax for a few minutes before taking another reading. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail, as it showed a genuine commitment to obtaining an accurate result.

The assessment was thorough, efficient, and clearly explained. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Compliance Medicals Heathrow to others.

The medical test for eye went well but i don't understand one thing why the doctor had to to mention in my medical test that i took some anti-depressant pills which was a few years ago. I understand he is a doctor and it was mentioned in the report but I have done medical before as well as am already a private hire driver with one council,and this one was close to my home thats why went there. Now because of this my application with tfl got delayed and they send me a psychiatric form and my gp says its going to cost 241 pounds I wouldn't recommend it guys.
