Jevon Napper the claim handler always kept me informed as to stages of my claim. He gave clear precise advise, and I would recommend Cordell & Co and Jevon in particular

They wasted a year on my case ultimately abandoning it. They have very scarce knowledge of health and safety law and procedures, and absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to injury claims. New solicitors dealing with my issue were shocked at just how poor Cordell are and the obvious things they had failed to do.

Excellent service, every member of the team I spoke to or had correspondents from were polite and informative keeping me updated with my claim. Great work

Very professional, very consistent ,very communicative and all round an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very positive outcome in relation to my personal injury claim. i would highly recommend and would most definitely use Cordell & Co. again.

I would not use this firm, two reasons:
Constant change of staff , the person who handles your case changes every month, nothing happens.
Unacceptable delay , I first contacted over no win no fee in Early May , I was not told until the end of November, they had decided not to proceed a seven month delay. I am now returning to the alternative lawyer.
I repeat DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
