Always a five-star service at Phil Corleys. On this occasion it was a service of my 2004 Time VX Special Pro, which required a new Campag 10 speed chain, replacement Shifters and bar tape. As always the knowledgable team kept me updated with progress, and the quality of the work was faultless. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else 👌

Ordered a heart rate monitor and called after 5 days to see how the order was progressing as there was no sign of it.
Promised a call back when i enquired but no call back.
Promised it would be with me by the end of the following week but still no sign or communication.
Called them back to express my frustration only to be met with an abrasive member of staff who continually talked over me.

The team at Corley Cycles is simply amazing. Servicing is impeccable and very affordable compared to other places.
I am a demanding customer, the guys in the workshop are going above & beyond to ensure I am always happy with their service. It’s rare nowadays to find a business like Corley where staff are committed and share a real passion for biking. Every person I met in the store is kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you. Fantastic place to visit if you are passionate about bikes and you are someone with high service expectations. I highly recommend as you will not be disappointed. 5 stars are not enough for Corley Cycles. Huge thanks from Karine.

I needed some pivot bolts for my sons bike and due to the age of the bike and the parts being obsolete after ringing around a number of places.
Corley cycles was very helpful and supportive They had some spare bolts and delivered them for free of charge and done the job perfectly my son was over the moon top service highly recommend them.

Needed two new bikes for my sons urgently before leaving for holiday. Phoned around to see who could deliver Trek Wahoo bikes within 4 days. Simon was SO helpful, had both bikes assembled and delivered to our door within 2 days. Friendly, Helpful, the list goes on. Much prefer this kind of service to what you get from the big players. Well done Simon!

A friendly and independent local bike shop. Found a great (in stock) bike available online at discounted rate. Went over next day and purchased, they also included a number of adjustments free of charge. Great customer service and it was excellent to speak to personable staff who are friendly and know their stuff. Highly recommended.

Advertised jacket in sale, when the jacket arrived it was the old model and not the one in the picture on the website, to add insult to injury they had removed the original sticker on said jacket and replaced it with the newer model sticker then placed the sale price over the top, offered a refund but as i don't have time during the week to get to the post office to send back i won't be able to post back for refund.complete shysters in my view and would never use this shop again.
I have also emailed Bucks trading standards.

So... after trying to locate a particular RD and shifter for some time and had nothing but a never ending list of 'stuff and things' I could source from the EU (with all the incumbent issues of possibly paying VAT twice and the hassles associated with importing it). I found the item I wanted in a UK bike shop and it was in stock.

Not a shop I was too familiar with but they are a proper independent bike shop. The website had all the indications of being 'right' and a quick check at companies house showed they indeed existed so I pulled the trigger and ordered.

Delivery expectations per the order online suggested dispatched same day if ordered before 14:00 but the email confirmation suggested up to 10 days! (I suspect this is more for custom built bikes and back ordered items).

I need not of worried... A quick email to them was answered well out of hours with a positive confirmation that the sender would personally get on it and my order would be dispatched in the morning for next day delivery.

Said item has just arrived and all is as expected.

Great communications, product genuinely 'in-stock', great price and a real feeling of 'now that's what I call service!'

Note.. I'm not in the habit of leaving five star reviews but these guys really deserve it. Give them a go.
