Fabulous customer service
I accidentally selected the wrong product when buying online. Cosmetics Online were incredibly prompt and helpful in organising return of the item for a full refund. I did have to pay the return postage which is completely understandable given it was my error. I couldn't rate more highly.

Zero, if I could.
Placed an order 3 weeks ago, and with no movement, have asked 4 times for a refund due to them being unable or unwilling to supply the product ordered.STILL no refund forthcoming.
No product…no refund…lots of blah blah we’ll get the team onto it.
Will NEVER have anything to do with this mob again!!!

Order unprocessed for over a week.
Ordered perfume on 29th June, it is now 9 July and order hasn't even been processed yet.
I will say that when you send a message to customer service, you get a quick reply but are told the team will get back to her and then she will get back to me. Polite lady, but not great company if it takes a day and a half to even find out what's happening, or to confirm a cancellation. Meanwhile my money has been taken.
