Once again i brought my truck in to Cottman for repairs and they went above and beyond. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians and reasonable pricing is why i choose to be a repeat customer. Thanks Cottman, I am 100% satisfied.

I had an estimate from Wyler for more than twice the estimate from Cottman, so I decided to give them a try. They were easy to work with and got the repair finished with high quality and beat their time estimate. I would recommend Cottman to anyone needing their services.

I have to say the staff at cottman's transmission is a wonderful staff the owner Nick is a very compassionate honest individual who gave me the most for my money who I believe is very fair and priced well and to me honesty is the most important issue of all they tell you what is wrong with your vehicle they fix it and they do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone anywhere anytime. Most importantly they made me feel like I was important to them and they treated me like family because at no time did they ever make me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and as far as I'm concerned they rolled out the red carpet. Thank you and your company are number one in my book and I do want to say God bless you all.

Professional, honest, fast, and customer oriented. Very good service and repair.
Had a transmission leak that caused my car to stop on the road. Was not sure what the problem was, but the team at Cottman assured me they would take care of the issue quickly. They found that a hose had come off and replaced it and the fluid. No extra charges or problems.

Thought it was kind of expensive and it broke a day later. Found out was missing the dipstick and another part that was fixed was broken 1 day after I paid tons of money. Missed work on top of paying for repair so it cost me even more. They did fix the problems right away though. But like I said it cost me way more than I thought it would.

They were great and I would recommend them highly. Mike was very patient with my phone calls. They even made a special trip to find to replace my front and back windshield wipers.

Diagnosis and work were performed quickly. Vehicle drives like new.

Cottmans was great! They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, communication could have been a little better. Overall service was great!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice people. Mike has awesome personality. Dropped truck off on Monday night got two phone calls just touching base then transmission was done getting fully rebuilt the following Monday. Didn’t lie about prices or swindle other things in. The mechanics are good. Overall best place to go for transmission work.

They have replaced a transmission on my 04 envoy and now my 07 bmw and both times they have done a great job and fast.

Cottman went the extra mile to fix my "non-standard" drive shaft. After discovering that the previous owner had installed a heavy duty drive shaft, Nick took the unit to a specialty shop to get the correct parts. He did not charge extra for this service. Also, upon discovering we were not going to get the vehicle repaired on the day work was initiated, he personally took me to my home some 16 miles away from the shop.

Great job very fast and great customer service

I dropped off my car because there was a noise from the brakes. They were upfront in telling me they may not find the problem. They checked my brakes thoroughly and gave me their honest opinion- they didn't need to be changed and didn't recommend it! A car place that doesn't spend your money for no reason is a needle in a haystack! They were friendly and I will be back for any service I need in the future!

The employees were exceptional. They didn't come up with a long list of items that needed to be done. They confirmed what was needed to be fixed and fixed it in a timely manner.

Those guys at the eastgate location do top notch work. They're very helpful and I would highly recommend them.
