The only thing I didn't like is that Cottman of Greensboro did not accept my AAA membership.

Cottman Transmission staff and their machinics show alot of professionalism and machinical aptitude about their job. For example, I had a Transmission problem where the Toyota dealership created on my car but cottman crew were able to locate the problem, the moments that touch my car. They also brought me to their shop and explained it to me, what was happening and my next step to do to rectify my problem. Less money service charge to salvage my old car. To my opinion, the Cottman is best when it comes to your trans needs

On Friday afternoon at 1:30, I called because my car was making noise that did not sound good. The problem was diagnosed quickly. They were able to fix it before the end of the day. The quote that I received was what I paid to the penny! No extra work was recommended. In fact, when I asked if the bearing on the other side should be replaced, I was told that it wasn't necessary at this time, so only the work needed was done. It's only been a couple of days since the repair, and I have already recommended this place to 3 people. I will definitely be going back.

Costumer service was good, however my car was returned with more problems than it went there with. Went for a clutch replacement, left with service engine lights and a horrible sounding noise that I am going to get addressed at the earliest time I can.

Pretty decent experience until I came to pick it up. They took it out for the test drive and punched it so hard he was squalling tires out of the parking lot. After spending $2400 I def don't not want to hear someone driving my truck like that.

Very friendly, go out of their way to explain why the transmission is doing what it is doing (or not doing). Allowing you to ask questions , then giving a reply that makes sense. Makes you feel good, with your decision, about leaving your vehicle with them to do the needed repairs. I am satisfied with the work, okay with the cost to repair, plus a 12,000 mile warranty was included. The work was completed in Nov. 2017, but posting Dec. 2017, about 3 weeks after the fact. Good job !!

I have actually had a few appointments with Cottman,in which I have always left a happy/completely! satisfied customer. Rob, who runs the shop,is beyond professional and has proved to me on several occasions of his trustworthiness,ability to gain control of a seemingly non-fixable situation and dependability. If you want your car taken care of properly and you want to feel secure with the work that has been done. I highly suggest Cottman of Greensboro.

I was very worried at first but Rob was very upfront and courteous and he explained everything and that made all the difference I will be a returning customer but if anyone has a diesel pickup that needs trans work I highly recommend these guys that got my ford f250 back on the road for me very quickly

I will not recommend anyone to take there vechile to none of Cottoms shops . I am in @ 1700.00 And my transmission is in worse shape then it was before I took too them the 1st time. 1700.00 dollars later. My Transmission is in worse shape than it was before I took too the 1st time after 3 different repairs .stay away from these people. They Voided my Warranty and sent me out the door. After being in my Transmission 3 times. I said It was no fault of there own. Stay away from these people! They will screw you!!!!
