The guys that came to clean my dryer vent were awesome!! They did their job fully, making sure the vent was throughly cleaned out, they cleaned up any mess that was made and they came back the next day to ensure the dryer was working properly and to make sure the hose was secured to the dryer and vent. They were very professional, kind, through and speedy. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Kevin determined the check engline light was due to a sensor and replaced it.Kevin even followed up with me the following day to ensure everything was fine.

Had a radiator leak and had it replaced next day. Was super impressed with how fast they could get me in and quality of repair. Prices were very reasonable and staff was great. Overall great experience!

On a trip through Kansas City, my (older) van's battery light went on, and clearly needed to be serviced. Fortunately, a neighbor of a friend in town recommended Cottman as a reputable auto repair shop. We had to leave our vehicle in their hands and we couldn't be happier with the prompt diagnosis and repair. The vehicle was ready as we came back through KC and repair was much less than I expected. THANK YOU for being there for us in our time of need.

Towed my vehicle in with what I thought was a transmission problem, which turned out to be an electrical systems failure. They told me they could do the work but admitted it might be cheaper to go somewhere else, because the only way to find the problem was to bill me at their hourly rate as they went through and checked each part of the system until they found it. They charged me only the cost of the initial tests, even though I left my car on their lot for a couple extra days while I figured out where to get it towed next.

Great customer service, reasonable prices. My estimate was exactly the final cost. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Didn't blindly encourage the most expensive route, but gave me options. Very nice and helped make my decisions easy. Car is still in good shape a year later.

Excellent service! I came to Cottman after my dealership wanted to charge me almost $8k in repairs for 3 different issues. After Cottman looked at my car, I was able to cut the cost in half and was completed in 1/4 of the time. After my experience, I will happily send others to Cottman.
