Cottman did not perform the work needed, but they provided me with what was needed. It was an internal transmission and the work needed to be done at the dealer.

I highly recommend Cottsman to anyone experiencing transmission issues. Kevin was quick to help and had a solution to the issue shortly after dropping off my 2006 Acura TL which was no longer shifting at 180k miles. Only a couple days to rebuild what was bad and I was back on the road. The car never felt better. He kept in constant contact me with throughout the process and even after I drove it home. I know they are a place I can trust and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs their transmission serviced or repaired.

Quick and Thorough Repairs
I had several repairs that needed to be done when I had my car towed to Cottmans KC. Within only a couple days, I received the call that my car was ready to be picked up. Their turnover rate was much faster than expected and obviously highly appreciated. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. He was very thorough when we went through the repairs. He even followed up to about a week after I got my car back to make sure everything was still doing well with my car. My car drives the best it has in years. I'm very pleased with their services!
