Exceeded my expectations
Exceeded my expectations. Shipment, packaging and look and feel of product outstanding. Installation was easy and now that it is working equally satisfying.
The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is for the poor instructions for the remote. Almost all instructions are for the app. Very little explanation defining general use and features of remote and its potential. Note: This problem could easily be corrected.
Even so…I would strongly recommend this product and plan to purchase at least one more. Quality and Price point would be hard to beat

I have purchased 4 of the 12000 BTU and…
I have purchased 4 of the 12000 BTU and 1 - 18000 BTU VISIO units. They were delivered in a very.timely fashion. I had them professionally installed by a local HVAC service to ensure proper installation. All of them except one of the 12000 BTU systems are working properly and doing a good job. The one 12000 BTU system has been recharged with R32 twice and needs to be recharged again now. The installer has done vacuum test three times and it shows no leaks however it continues to loose R32 we think it has an issue in the compressor or head unit. I am trying to contact the warranty department to get this resolved.

Absolutely excited with this unit
Absolutely excited with this unit. Within 5 minutes the room was cooled down. The Cozeware video how to install was all I needed. It was this simple! Works excellent. The only thing I would change is shorter lines. I had to get my line flared and shortened.

Horrible customer service, my landlord didn’t approve the installation and they refuse to take it back, didn’t even open the package,

This is not diy and a waste of money
This is not diy . Had to pay an ac company $350 to connect the lines because they needed to be vacuumed and the average diy’r can not do it. You either have to spend a few hundred dollars to buy a vacuum and another $35 to buy an adapter to connect it. If I knew it wasn’t a true diy project I would have never bought it . For the $800 total I paid I would have spent another couple hundred dollars and bought a Mr. Cool . Plus this is in a 12x24 very well insulated building and it won’t get the temperature lower than 85° when it’s 92° outside. This is a complete waste of money and an utterly disappointment.
