Very easy install
Very easy install. Fast shipping with no damage and this thing performs perfectly. Will be purchasing two more in the near future. Price is fair for the 115v.

Just installed the ac unit I’m pretty…
Just installed the ac unit I’m pretty handy so it was easy for my first time. Only problem I have was that the manual is somewhat misguided. The gauge wiring is indicated for the internal parts of the AC not for the external so keep that in mind. Also the service port for the low pressure gauge states it’s a half an inch when in fact it’s 5/16 “ I almost broke the valve trying to fully screw in the adapter to the service port.

Only been running for right at a week. So far so good. Package was undamaged and price was good. All parts seem adequate. Flare fittings all looked good, and the rest of the install was smooth. Works as advertised.

We ordered our new unit on a Tuesday afternoon, the unit arrived in two boxes the very next day. Installation was very clear. Plenty of videos to help with the process. The unit works very well and we plan to purchase another unit for our converted garage which is now living space.

Shipping list indicated a warranty card was shipped but was not.
Shipping list indicated a warranty card was included with the unit, but was not. Lot of double talk from a human agent who told me there is no such thing. Trying to get a document - of any kind - with warranty information for the unit I purchased.
