DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!
-They have 3 different numbers yet barely answer ANY of them! I have called over 10 times consecutively and they refuse to answer as they are aware I want a refund
-They purposely ignore their customers
-They do not accommodate those with disabilities as a person with dyslexia I have asked multiple times for our conversations to be sent through email and they keep agreeing to this and not following through
-They make up delivery dates and do not inform you of cancellations causing me to loose multiple days of work
-They are incredibly rude and do not apologise when they do not follow through with what they say
-They try to drag out the return process to keep your money
-They charge for collection a price which fluctuates every time I’ve spoken with the staff
-Shereen gets everything wrong and doesn’t apologise for her mistakes nor give empathy for the situation she puts staff in
-Cameron the manager also provides false collection and delivery dates further dragging out the refund period!
I am disgusted with this company and warn you against doing ANY BUSINESS with this company!!
