Amazing Care delivery and service
The amazing fast delivery service and care of CPAP online.The Medistrom battery is high quality .We had a power outage due to storms 3 hours after it arrived.I was ready lol.Power was restored at 7;20 though

Wish I had used them sooner!
Fast and efficient communication and everything was delivered early! One of the best customer experiences I’ve had. Cheaper than cpap retail stores nearby by around $300-400 !! That’s significant.

Received my item promptly however I emailed them looking for assistance as it was faulty and broke within days and I have received absolutely no response or communication. Shocking service.

absolutely terrible customer service
Emailed to get an order status as it had been weeks and no delivery. Received no reply. Had to call, and when calling, was referred to the online contact us. I had to pretend to making an order just to speak with someone.
Order arrived and it was missing pieces. Again emailed and received a response. I replied with the required info. No reply. I followed up. No reply. Still waiting for someone to actually contact me or do something.
