Fast and efficient communication and everything was delivered early! One of the best customer experiences I’ve had. Cheaper than cpap retail stores nearby by around $300-400 !! That’s significant.

Received my item promptly however I emailed them looking for assistance as it was faulty and broke within days and I have received absolutely no response or communication. Shocking service.

absolutely terrible customer service
Emailed to get an order status as it had been weeks and no delivery. Received no reply. Had to call, and when calling, was referred to the online contact us. I had to pretend to making an order just to speak with someone.
Order arrived and it was missing pieces. Again emailed and received a response. I replied with the required info. No reply. I followed up. No reply. Still waiting for someone to actually contact me or do something.

The last three masks I have bought
The last three masks I have bought, after about three weeks, the clips that attach to the mask break.
The left one goes first, always, then the other one a couple of weeks later. They are not cheap. I think they should last longer than that.
Being a medical device, I think the delivery takes too long.

I wrote an email to the Support team…
I wrote an email to the Support team and received a reply from Rob within a few hours. I explained that the foam liners on the mask doesn’t work for me and it seems that the masks I ordered (6) has been a waste of money. CPAP online suggested that I might need a bigger size. I ordered one mask to experiment before an order a bigger supply. I received the mask within a couple of days. I received an email from another person at Support, asking how the bigger mask is doing. Following up after receiving the memory foam was much appreciated. I now wait for a special deal to be advertised, to order a bigger supply. $25 per mask is a bit out of the reach of a retiree.

No response to any of my emails
No response to any of my emails, or my attempts at phone calls (can't raise a person or leave a message) or the support ticket.
I want to return a product. I can't believe the senior sleep consultant keeps emailing me "If you have any questions, simply reply to this email or give us a call on 1300 994 133. Our team will be more than happy to help with any questions. "

It was easy to order on line and I collected the order which was very convenient. My only other point was that I wasn't given any guidance on after sales service. I was unable to program the AirMini and I ended up taking it to Resmed at Macquarie.
