I called Mark in February when we had no hot water or heating and our 20 year old boiler had just died. He came out the same day and was transparent about the costs from the off and was fair with his pricing. He rescheduled other appointments so he could come back 2 days later to replace our boiler so we could get the heating and hot water back on and did a great job with a follow up to check all was okay. Highly recommend

Mark recently replaced our boiler. Our hot water had been on and off for a few weeks after mis-advice from another plumber so we were grateful that Mark was able to quote for and complete the job so quickly after our initial call to him. Although I hope we don't need a plumber again any time soon, if we do, we would happily call on Mark again and would recommend him to others.
