Shepherds Bush Creams Cafe - Stay Away!!!
My friend and I had the worst experience at the Shepherds Bush branch! We ordered a milk chocolate cookie dough with vanilla ice cream (that's what it comes with according to the menu) and was told the soft ice cream machine was out of order. We were offered free whip cream or a gelato ice cream at full price! I paid for custard instead and my friend just had the cookie dough on its own with a hot chocolate and whipped cream on top. My friend was served the hot chocolate with no whipped cream by a Somali waiter in his 50's and when he went up to complain the Somali waiter was trying to argue that the hot chocolate does not come with whipped cream! Another member of staff behind the til gave my friend whipped cream. When the cookie dough finally arrived (20 - 25 minutes later) it was hard and nothing like the cookie dough we normally order from the Ealing branch (our local). I went up to complain this is not what we ordered. I spoke to a member of staff and I pointed to the menu with the picture of the cookie dough and compared it to what I received because it wasn't the same. This cookie dough was hard when it was supposed to be soft. I told him the Ealing branch make it exactly how the menu looks and he said it's a different company and different staff make it in different ways. I told him it's the same company with the same name and the menu is exactly the same. Therefore the way you prepare and make each order should be largely the same. I asked for a refund and he outright refused! His body language was incredibly negative and defensive at this point and said nobody in the store can issue a refund so I will need to speak to his boss. I asked what is his boss/manager's name and he said he doesn't know!!! I asked him for his name, he hesitated and said his name is Mohamed (assuming this is his real name). I asked how can I make a complaint and he said go on Google!!! He never gave me an email or a website or a form to fill out. Just go on Google!!! Unbelievable. I get the feeling he doesn't care because it appears to be a family run franchise (Arab family), hence he will never be performance managed 'cos the franchisee owner is either a relative or a family friend. Even as me and my friend were leaving he was snarky and said "okay thank you bye" when he knew my friend and I were not happy. He honestly didn't care about our custom but that's fine because my friend and I will not be returning to this branch ever again. My friend and I proceeded to visit the Ealing branch, as that was en route home anyway. The service at the Ealing branch is AMAZING!!! My friend and I were in the queue and noticed the family in front of us had an issue with their order but it was immediately resolved by the member of staff behind the till. I asked him if the customer is ever entitled to a refund and he confirmed it depends on the nature of the complaint but refunds are available on request if the customer is not happy and unwilling to accept a replacement or voucher. I believe his name is Bilal (sorry if I butchered his name) and he said he has been working at the Ealing branch for 4 years and I can tell 'cos he is very professional, efficient, considerate and knows how to talk to customers, especially during a dispute. Give this guy a promotion or raise or bonus or something!!!! I am not campaigning for Mohamed to lose his job I just want him and the people at the Shepherd's Bush branch to take their job seriously. Even when I entered the Shepherd's Bush branch the young Arab lady in a creamy/white cardigan and a black hijab standing behind the til was just looking down (presumably at her phone) and didn't seem fussed. The working culture at the branch is is too nonchalant with very little appetite for customer service. She wasn't rude or anything she just doesn't care and will wait for a customer to grab her attention even though she's supposed to take orders behind the til. At the Ealing branch everyone is doing something and the work ethic is commendable, hence they seldom get orders wrong and actually care if you have a complaint. I actually complained online and requested a refund by filling out Creams' online contact form. They said they'll get back to me without 48 hours, it's now been 4 weeks and still nothing (and I sent chaser emails with no response). This is exactly why the staff at the Shepherd's Bush branch do not care about customer service 'cos neither does the franchisee owner of that branch.
Undercooked DO NOT GO HERE
Me and my partner ordered 2 waffles from here from UberEats. I never ever order from Creams for years because it is bad but thought let me give them another try and chance. So I ordered from UberEats. It came and first of all, the waffle was so flat it’s like they barely put any waffle mixture in the waffle maker. Also it was so mushy and squishy and soft it’s like they barely pressed down on the waffle maker to cook it. Very undercooked and inedible. It is disgusting. The waffle was so squishy and soft that my toppings (which were Strawberry slices, lemon and icing sugar) were so “heavy”it weighed the waffle down. It’s honestly a JOKE. The packaging just speaks WAY too much. The food should speak too much not the packaging. Disappointed no way never again BYE FOREVER this time!

Don’t go here… went here with my girlfriend but just a horrible experience. Staff was rude, the table we sat at was really dirty, en the waiting time was over 1 hour for 2 cups of hot chocolate and 2 donuts…
Rochester creams cafe
Rochester creams cafe. Wish I had read the reviews mainly 1* and justly deserved. Dirty tables, cutlery and menus, rude staff hot desserts sent out cold and if there is more than one of you, don’t expect your desserts at the same time! Heaven knows how this company survives!
AVOID
DO NOT ORDER from this poor excuse of a company. Order never arrived via Ubereats, this has happened twice now. When contacting the manager at Creams (Raed) no apology or solution provided. Poor customer service. Would have left zero stars if it was possible!
NAUR CREAMS
NAUR. JUST NAUR. THE COOKIE DOUGH. U KNOW WHAT IT WAS UNDER COOKED. THEY DECIEVE U WITH THE TOPPINGS AND WHAT LIES UNDERNEATH IS A MYSTERY THEY WILL NEVER TELL. THE PLATING IS NOT EVEN PRETTY. NO EFFORT MADE.
Rude staff and couldn't sit in
We entered over an hour before closing time and were told we couldn't eat in.
The staff were clearly unhappy to take our order.
I ordered a large milkshake and only received a regular. I realised this later when I compared with my partner's regular size.
Majorly sub par quality food and drink when compared to Leamington Spa Creams.

Terrible staff and worst customer service I ever experienced. Found hair on my kids crepe and showed it to the waiter, he took it back and another staff came back telling me that all the staff wear nets so the hair doesn’t belong to them. No apology, just rudeness from her literally telling me off for finding hair! When I asked to speak to a manager due to her unprofessional and appalling behaviour she claimed she was the manager and apparently she is the owner for Kingston creams. But when I asked for my money back as we did not touch the desert, she wasn’t willing to change it for a new one she refused to refund my money, and her explanation was how is she going to answer to the people above her when food is going to waste. She literally made my 7 year old cry and threatened to call the police when I wanted to know her name! The waiter tried to calm her down and she pushed him away! I’m just shocked an appalled by this woman’s behaviour. I did call the police as I felt so insulted by her behaviour and my daughter was crying out loud as she was shouting at us to get out. But the police couldn’t do anything and told me to complain. Save yourself the drama and don’t go to creams in Kingston! None of the staff members refused to give me her name and here is the picture of the rude staff who claims she’s the the owner of creams in Kingston.

We often go to creams in Coventry city which is near to hillfields....Amazing place and wonderful customer service. The staff gave a wonderful surprise on my husband's bday. The entire staff came to wish him along with a cake....it was a very beautiful moment.
Not great service
The food is ok, however the service was rubbish. We came on a very quite Thursday evening with only two other tables. They didn’t bring us any cutlery to eat our food with and when I finally went to get it I was told to sit down and that it would be brought to us - it never was we had to go and get it again. They also gave us the wrong food which contained nuts which could be dangerous to people with allergies. Overall not a great atmosphere. Probably won’t come again.

Fabulous waffles
My sister and I were in Blackpool for the weekend on 5th August 2022, we stopped off for a waffle........we were not disappointed. The waffles were so light, made fresh there and then. The ice cream and toppings were gorgeous too. Would highly recommend going there, we wanted to go back again before leaving, but it did not open early enough or we would have had another waffle for sure.

Bill was 23.35, gave him 30, change was 4pounds in small coins, asked for the remaining change and receipt, he couldn't print, but printer magicly repaired itself on next bill. Still gave change only 6 pounds. Service poor, very very poor. Ice creams very nice though. Never would go to at least to this creams unless kids. P.S don't take Taro buble tea, disgusting. BAD/POOR STAFF ATTITUDE.
Visted this so called Restaurant with family. Very poor bad staff attitude regarding customers orders. Ordered 2x waffles and 1 crepe. The crepe cream came out a good 15 minutes before the waffles creams came out. When i went to the counter to find out when the waffles would be ready, was spoken to rudely by a member of Creams. I did try to explain that familys would like to eat together as a family. Then again was spoken to rudely again, asked to speak to a manager, but was told that a manager was not at the restaurant. Charged me £5 for an ice-cream in a cone and then had the audacity to tell me that they couldn’t give me my change that was owed to me! They even thought it was funny! I will not be buying an ice-cream or anything for that matter from creams cafe in Orpington again!
