Creative Cables US Reviews

I had a problem finding a cable to synch my Astell & Kern AK120 DAP & reached out to A&K to supply 1; they referred me to a dealer that didn’t have it, but referred me to Creative Cables, who did. I ordered the cable 3 weeks ago & have not received it yet; I emailed the company about 7 times, left messages on their customer service website about 8 times, communicated to their AI bot about 5 times, & have not yet heard anything from the company. I looked on the BBB website & found reviews about them & decided to finally report them for not following up on my questions about the order. There are two addresses In Tennessee & I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with both. My name is Bob Krauss, but my TD bank has me as Robert; my cell is 516-965-6079 & I’m in Long Beach, NY, & have never had a problem that wasn’t addressed by a company & don’t understand how they can be so rude! The date I put in is approximate because I’m at work & it’s home. Thanks for your help, Bob

A very good quality product with fast shipping. Very easy to order a customized item.

The Pendents are hand crafted, beautiful in design and well worth the money. Shipping was quick and the items were well packed to insure no breakage.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Product is good quality and just as expected.

I found good looking electrical parts that will look good on rewiring Gio Ponti lamps at a reasonable price. I did not realize though that this site is in Italy and wondered if the parts I bought will be compatible with US lamp wiring but turned out OK.

The cables are great. Product shipped fast. Happy all around!

Excellent product. Very pleased.

Great products, lots of selection, fast shipping! A++++

Received defective items. Reached out directly to the company for replacement (with photos) and received no response.

good selection good prices fast shipping

things arrived quickly in good shape. Will be a bit before cables are installed. Nice color options

Ordering was very efficient and clear. I was surprised to get the order as fast as it was.

This was the only electrical set up that's available for a pendant lamp shade with a 1.25" fitter. Thanks

So nice Italien quality products delivered in time. Unique! A master piece!

Everything arrived quickly and looks very nice with the pendant lights we had custom made. Your products (ceiling cap and cotton covered wiring cords) are a huge improvement over what was going to be included with the lights.

I received my italian handmade lampshade shipped from italy exceedingly fast! Very pleased with the service and quality of product.

The delivery was faster than expected. The ceiling canopy and cable was exactly what I was looking for, Modern , white color and fit my lantern shade perfectly. Ordered everything from the online website.
The online description was so accurate and detailed that I didn't need to talk to customers service.
Happy with my purchase.

Above all, the products are designed well and are very useful. I bought two 4” canopy kits with stems to install two PH5 lamps. They are easy to use, look fantastic, and are inexpensive.
