Really making it difficult for my parents to access their pension pot. A cynic may say that they are hoping that if they make it difficult enough then they won't bother.

We have been trying to move to a different pension provider. Creative have been evasive on giving any information to the new company since January - 6 MONTHS!!
We still have not been able to transfer our employees' pension funds as they are literally holding on to the money.

Sick though the Skin with this Mickey mouse company,How on earth atr they allowed to operate???
Took 200 pounds without any notice from them back in March out of my wages!!! Still waiting for refund!!

According to my previous employer, there's supposed to be about £700 in my pension pot with this company. On looking at my account .... there's nothing. I think I have been robbed :(

They just sat on my request to take my pension pot. I asked if I could take my money, but they eventually sent me forms to ask me if I’d like to receive other forms which would include a form to allow me to take my money! I made 2 complaints to them, but this was just ignored. Would not put me through on the phone, but just said “someone would call me” - they did not. A terrible service!

I recently made a request to withdrawn £5,000.00 and I was shocked when I received an email and I was informed that I do not have funds. My money have been invested without my agreement and from £15,000.00 I actually have only £1,600.00.

Been trying to transfer a previous employers pension to a SIPP for three months, they don’t reply to emails or answer phone.

I’ve opened a complaint and they say it’ll take 4 weeks for them to look into it.

Terrible, slow service.

Promises, promises, promises. What a shower of incompetents. Asked for some of my money as tax free three months ago. It’s my first small withdrawal and I qualify for tax free. They sent a letter saying I would be taxed. Spoke again and they said I would not pay tax. Another letter now to say I will pay tax. Cant get someone to talk to me. Reporting them now to FCA and Ombudsman. Sh-t show

Do not invest your money with this shambles of a pension provider! Unfortunately, this was my previous employer choice for automatic enrolment. I have been trying to move the funds (my hard earned money) from this organisation to a reputable company and into a SIPP which I have control over since November 2023. To-date, the money has not arrived, the explanation/response from Creative Pension Trust is “we have a backlog.” I have received no response at all to my direct emails. This is totally unacceptable!! I have now contacted the Pension Ombudsman. These people are regulated by the FCA to provide automatic enrolment; clearly, this needs to be reviewed. They are not competent to handle such an important investment fund - the reviews on this platform provide the evidence!

Absolute joke of a company the customer service was terrible, please save your money and avoid this scam company because that is what it a scam company run by scam artist, if you want your money to grow please choose anyone else other than this company its been nothing but a migraine dealing with them so just save yourself tbf this company should be looked into by hmrc and all other authorities as it is a scam run in broad daylight

Tried to set up as a new employer offering a pension to my first salaried employee. 3 months in and still nothing - relieved to see it's not just me having issues. Sorted with an alternative provider in MINUTES. Gahhh why did I waste so much time and back-and-forth emailing?!?

A worrying experience with Creative Pensions Trust. I requested a transfer out in Sept 2023 to my SIPP with AJ Bell. As of today, 1/03/24 it has still not be actioned despite my account being shut down weeks ago. I have no idea where my money is or when it will be transferred.

crooks the lot of them, tried stealing my money and only got it back by getting the pension ombudsman involved. avoid this place at all costs and if your invested already get out now before its too late.

Another contradictory email from this company. Nobody in this company communicates as I've had 3 different people deal with my issue.

This pension company steals your money without informing you. Takes 3 months pension in 1 month, don't care that it's caused financial hardship and pass the book to someone else.

Anybody thinking of using this company think again as they will "rob" you of your hard earned money and think you'll just forget about it.

This company is incompetent I paid in over £800 in 10 months then lost my job so far to take my money out getting a refund as over 55 I have waited 3 months they tell me they pay out on 5th of month but nobody can tell me or confirm what month as I have been out of work a wile could do with that money now I have been told no payment until 5th April guess I will be struggling till then

Total lack of understanding. Nobody of manager status available to coimmunicate with.

I requested to transfer my pension from creative pension trust to my new pension provider. But they are making it extremely difficult. They have ignored all my emails on the topic. And when I call they tell me there is nothing they can do right now. They are literally withholding my pension from me.

Holy crap, I thought it was just me. It took me eight months to get most my money out from them but at least I now have some peace of mind.

They also took it upon themselves to sell the investments in the funds that I had chosen and reinvest them in different fund and different types of funds; I chose not to have any investments in bonds but they thought differently.

Avoid at all costs!

Submitted my request to transfer out at the end of September 2023. Still no result (four months later) after multiple calls and their excuses including from their complaints team. They have offered me £150 to close the case without any guarantees on the transfer timeline, which I have rejected. Will escalate to the Trustees and the Pensions Ombudsman. Avoid this pension fund.
