Got my son a haircut there - totally loved the experience. The barber was very attentive, got the idea of what style we wanted quick and was ready to explain all the details. Also did not treat a 5 y o as a baby, which I totally enjoyed. Also I loved the atmosphere and the interior, as well as all the hygiene measures. Will go there again

Always excellent haircuts no matter who the barber is. Found Crew 2 years ago after trying countless hair salons and barbers. The Crew staff consistently deliver excellent haircuts. Also, superb COVID measures implemented.

To see that Andrew has returned it is very reassuring. He is a great professional and a gentleman. Shadia and him definitely run the place and should be recognized and appreciated. I'm happy to book Andrew again in the future as I have been doing for the past few years!

Great haircut and fantastic COVID-19 measures. All staff were wearing masks and visors, and customers are handed masks on their arrival, but this did not detract from the friendly and quality service that Crew offers. Would recommend.

It was my first visit to Crew and I can say that it was excellent.

The use of PPE, the cleanness of the place and the processes in place to keep everyone safe were great.

Impeccable attention to detail, as usual. The fabulous Shadia who has and extra tough time with masks as she lip reads, does not let this get her down and carries on as usual being professional to the core.
Everything was sterilised, masks and shields worn by the staff and masks handed out to customers.
Full marks all round.

Shadia is always fantastic with my son Lucas and he sits calmly as she does a great haircut on him each time. Shadia has also been cutting my hair now for some years and I would recommend the team at Crew in Putney to anyone. Very professional, very friendly, and keeping everyone safe with lots of sensible precautions!

Really happy. This was my first haircut since the start of lock down and had walked past numerous barbers with nobody wearing masks etc. Completely the opposite at Crew with sanitiser and masks being provided along with the barbers wearing masks and visors. I felt completely safe. As for the haircut, a great job as always. Crew Experience in Putney is highly recommended.

I have been going here a lot. This will not be the case in the future. I did not get the haircut I wanted at all. The hairdresser who I've never seen there before and must have been new seemed to either not understand or completely ignore what I wanted. I wanted my hair on top to be longer and set to one side with shorter sides but he decided to get the clippers and cut off almost all my hair on top before I could say anything. I had to tell him to stop taking so much of the top. He claimed the sides were shorter than the top and they were evidently not. I now have to fix the haircut myself at home as the price for the haircut was so high. In hindsight I should have not paid at all.

Very safe environment following all Covid guidelines but still managing to provide an excellent customer experience and a very good haircut. Will be back soon.

I have been going to Crew for quite a number of years and the experience has always been first class.

Since lockdown restrictions were lifted I have been twice to have my hair cut and the set up and instructions have been clear and I have always felt safe.

I have been going to Crew for about four years plus, always been impressed with the service and the end result. Went recently for the first time since lockdown was lifted, very professional in terms of hygiene and procedures. Also Shadia sorted out my lockdown hair a treat.

Highly recommend going there.
