CC is a great platform for connecting cuddlers. Their guidelines are clearly stated. The messaging feature is very basic - I'd greatly appreciate the ability to categorize messages into different inboxes. Also although there is a stated cancellation policy there is really no way to enforce it - that tends to sting and it's left to the users to attempt to collect it or weed out the bad actors.

Customer service has been really helpful and the website works but id proceed with great caution.
Following the rules on the cite helps, but adding your own steps of protection are GREATLY Recommended. Such as FaceTiming before hand. Making sure to receive a deposit and making sure you and (your family/friends )know where you are meeting.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst company ever and worst customer service. They will do whatever they want, they can block your account, delete your account and when you ask for reason or explanation no response. Worst ever.
Those who have a 5star review are most likely fake or are the cuddlers charging/making over $200/hour. Good luck if you are a male trying to get platonic cuddles, you have no saying or rights. They can block you and close your account as they like.

I absolutely love cuddle comfort, this site is an amazing and resourceful tool for individuals to seek support and guidance from the helping hands of others that are local to them or available for virtual sessions where they can lend support to a small and developing community in need of guidance and platonic touch therapy. Cuddle Comfort simply helps people desperately in need of human connection to cope and socially connect with experienced individuals of different looks and backgrounds.

I am a prior Mental health counselor and BHA level III (therapist) with a degree in Psychology and my personal as well as professional opinion of cuddle comfort is that it’s integrity, purpose, intentions and mission is to simply be useful and beneficial to the public and mental health community, for it can serve as a buffer for clients seeking help out in society to find an easily accessible and “subjectively” affordable way to seek help and support by professionals such as myself or even amateurs who are just trying to lend an open ear to people in need but they do so for free because cuddling can help alleviate stress and anxiety that the average client or user can experience in their day to day life. Clients and users can benefit from this emotionally and sometimes spiritually if they cannot afford healthcare coverage for a more conventional form of therapy or mental health care. Cuddle comfort just gives an opportunity for people to reach out for human contact in a very simplified process and low effort environment, even though they do need to urgently invest more resources and time into their security procedures for fake accounts from banned users to protect the professional and amateur cuddlers from disgruntled or banned clients/users making fake accounts, cuddle comfort is a tool that is easy to use and convenient. So it is easy to see why people have such of an appeal to partake in the cuddle community through cuddle comfort and I wold highly recommend them to others everywhere and anywhere.

I am a pro cuddler and all the negative reviews on here are from angry customers who get banned because they go against the rules trying to get sexual services. The admins protect us from these sleeze balls. Don’t trust these negative reviews.

Cuddle comfort is such a wonderful website! And in all honesty, it’s the best one that I have found to be trustworthy, full of great people, and have a great system in place.

Their rules are wonderful and well explained. Everyone agrees to them before any cuddling is done.

Agree with previous post. You can find legit platonic cuddlers and the site is persistent about banning offenders. However, if you stay low key in your interactions on the platform it is in essence a sex site. Lots of sugar babies, sex partners, etc.. In essence, you can find what you want. Enjoy!

This website is awful. Imagine being a suicidal person who hasn't had anyone in life for so many years. Try to reach out to anyone for attention, but they want money first before they care for you. This website just makes me want to end it even more.

I lasted for under a week on this site because I had several bad experiences talking to people, within a very short period of time.

Women will be inundated with messages very quickly (at least that was the case for me). Some men will try to talk you into exchanging contact details and then show their true colours, since they can't be penalised for behaviour that takes place off-site. I would advise never giving out contact details. I admit fully that this was my own mistake (and will learn from it), having thought I'd built a pleasant rapport and potential to meet up, only for them to unveil their hidden motive once they were communicating outside of Cuddle Comfort.

If you live in a small area, you will likely receive a lot of messages from those far further afield.

Several men I spoke with were very clingy, entitled and bombarded me with messages, behaving as though I owed them. There was a demonstrable lack of boundaries. I'm more than happy to engage with anyone, but the moment they start demanding my time and attention and flooding me with correspondence, that is a significant red flag which makes interactions uncomfortable very quickly. This was a recurring issue.

I'm sure there are genuine, respectful members, but it is hard work sifting through dozens of messages to hopefully find them, while screening each person you speak to and trying to assess whether or not they're safe to meet.

I love the concept of the site but not sure it works in practice. The ground rules exist but difficult to enforce and so many people attempt to bend them, blatantly or sneakily. Women will have to contend with consent violators or those who will push their boundaries, which can be a frightening experience. Men, it seems, struggle to receive much correspondence or interest, so this is a disservice to genuine, respectful men on Cuddle Comfort.

Some men are bitter and frustrated, angry at the lack of engagement they receive on this site - this can be observed from some of the reviews on here alone. But it's important to understand that this is a cycle that perpetuates itself: Women become overwhelmed and many may leave the site as I did. Those who choose to stay will be cautious, guarded, selective. Because they HAVE to be, to protect themselves from predatory behaviour. Men, as a consequence, will likely deal with a lack of options and responses (perhaps with the exception of those who manage to build a reputation for themselves). And the cycle continues.

With patience and persistence, it seems to eventually pay off for some members (it strikes me as an awful lot of work simply to receive a little platonic human contact), but unfortunately my experiences were too off-putting to consider sticking around. I didn't feel comfortable utilising this platform and would rather go without cuddles but stay safe, than try to navigate this minefield and feel unsafe in the process.

She offered 2 hours for 1

I sent her 120, then she told me she didn't receive it for some reason

Then asked me again to send her another 120

Then I did the same mistake, then she disappeared

I was 100% sure that the site support will stand beside me because of her messages and I took screenshots of everything

This cuddler sent also me a message offering me to send a video touching herself

But ,
Instead of closing her account , customer support banned my account instead of her!!

Very suspicious response from the site

If you're a good looking young woman who wants to charge for cuddling, or a man who is willing to pay them, this site is for you. For anyone else, it's worse, far worse, than useless.

I live in a big metro area. When I search for members within 20 miles who cuddle men, and filter out Pros, I get 14 results, only about three of which have logged on in the past two weeks. In three months on the site, I got one cuddle, and he was from out of town.

A big feature for a subset of people on the site is a forum, where a crew of middle-brow narcissists variously whine about how others have victimized them; exchange banal orthodoxies; demonstrate midwit taste in films, tv, memes and political pieties; high-five each other for being so awesome, and ridicule and run off anyone who doesn't toe all the prescribed lines.

It's cringey and repulsive and most newcomers quickly take leave. The lion's share of the blame lies with the moderators, who are the usual authoritarian shut-ins that always volunteer for these gigs and blatantly show favorites. If you generate revenue for the site, either as a pro or a client of pros, or you have by some other means ingratiated yourself to the mods, you can pretty much be a complete assh**e without consequence. However, if you're a newcomer with unwelcome opinions proffered too directly, you'll get a 'timeout' and even banned permanently.

The moderators also don't simply (unevenly) discourage abuse and the normal forum infractions. Certain opinions are simply not allowed. You will get censored and possibly banned for criticizing the director of the CDC or questioning the efficacy of the Covid vaccines. On a recent thread about the Queen's death, nothing but the most obsequious monarchist power-worshiping was allowed. Anything else would elicit censorship and a warning.

There are, however, no rules at all about what people can do in your private messages. So if you anger one of the forum narcissists by openly declining to applaud some pathologically self-centered waste they've excreted, they're at liberty to hunt you down hurl abuse at you in your PMs. If you report them, your complaint won't even be acknowledged. The pro I angered fixated on me for over a month, looking for reasons to get me banned.

Not surprised to see SillySassy and CuddleDuncan on here raving about the site, as they are card-carrying members of the Insider's Club. This group is always raving about all the wonderful people they've met on the site, and what an ever-so-special community it is, because, of course, anyone who isn't to their middle class, middlebrow, heterosexual taste gets run off by in-group nastiness, or disappeared by the mods. That SillySassy thinks anyone criticizing the site is just unfairly 'disgruntled' is just such typical, self-serving circle jerk BS.

Dysfunctional doesn't come close to describing this community. If you're not a pro or looking to hire one, don't waste your time. Regular dating sites are better for everything, including cuddles.

Cuddle Comfort is a social networking site which allows to people to meet others for the purpose of cuddling. This is a therapeutic, non-sexual activity which is sorely needed in our touch-deprived society.

I have been a member for nearly three years and have physically met and cuddled with dozens of people from the site, both fellow cuddle "enthusiasts" and cuddle professionals. It's been a transformative and uplifting experience for me and I highly recommend it to anybody who needs a cuddle, hug, or just a hand-hold. It is an excellent and well-run site, but there is a short learning curve for new members. It's easy, but those seeking a quick fix are often disappointed. Finding somebody to cuddle is not trivial, but is achievable for most people with patience and thoughtfulness.

There is an active and tightly-moderated forum where everybody is welcome, except creeps and trolls ... and they could be welcome too, if they would only recognise it.

Claims that the site is a "scam" are false and malicious: there is simply no system for the website to take your money. It is funded by commission charged to professional cuddlers who use the site to find clients. Clients and professionals who break the rules are banned by volunteer moderators from the community.

I have been with Cuddle Comfort as a Professional Cuddle therapist for over 2 years and I can only say great things about the site and the people who work there and operate it. It's a very safe website for platonic touch therapy as the administrators take every concern about people abusing the site (behaving nefariously, asking for more than platonic cuddling) seriously and they get banned for the safety of their customers as this website is strictly for non-sexual cuddling.
The site also has a rating service and everyone can be rated by "Karma reviews" so people can vet a Cuddle Therapist or client first, giving added security.

Everything was going fine until this mean old lady who goes by Babichev on the site became a moderator armed with a banhammer (before I left the site, I verified her age via her profile, and she is over 65). I stated in a message board post on the site that I prefer to only cuddle women who enjoy foot massages. Ideally someone I meet on CC will mutually exchange foot massages with me, but the only person I ever found on there who did was a professional cuddler who charges over $100/hour for her time.

Just one woman who wasn't a pro agreed to meet with me for free but expressed she does not enjoy foot massages. When I posted in the forum that I strived NOT to make said woman uncomfortable, but had lost interest in meeting with her any subsequent times, I was accused of having a foot fetish (I don't!) and threatened with being at least reported by every woman on the site whose boundaries I checked regarding foot massages. I ultimately deleted my account to avoid getting banned.

CuddleComfort is a wonderful site for those ready to explore the joys of platonic, nonsexual cuddle therapy.

ive been on the site for for over 4 years and have had dozens of amazing experiences . the site requires some mental maturity, and you need to put in some effort. its a gift that someone will open up their arms to you, their personal space to you to cuddle. there needs to be conversation, discussing boundaries, expectations, and consent, communication is everything, cuddling is the easy part. this is an amazing community, it gives people touch when they may not have it in their lives, platonic touch hasn't been a thing, people usually only get touch when in a relationship, this community offers that and soo much more. the people i've met here i would have never met in any other circles of friends and travels and to have shared time cuddling, talking, touching, we have connected in a special way, i have made cuddle friends here that i hope to continue to have in my life. i have found cuddle comfort here, soo glad to be part of this community :)
