I am a male enthusiast, who joined CC in 2017. This is easily a five star site. I do not understand the negative reviews that are listed here. This has been an amazing site for me, especially after my divorce. I have met people all over the country and have many new friends because of CC.

I am so glad CC is here to help people find other people who are interested , yes in cuddling, but also to make friends. There is no other site even remotely like CC. I highly recommend people join this growing community.

CuddleComfort has been a real pleasure to be a member. I have met numerous really nice and genuine people who have become personal friends. I have had over 50 cuddles with a variation of pros and enthusiasts. All have been totally platonic and without any difficulties at all. I thoroughly enjoy the discussions and the variety of opinions and insight that are shared.
I can't recommend this sight enough for those who want to become part of a platonic community that cares about its members.
Of course there are those that choose to abuse the sight or act in a disruptive way. Those people are reported and dealt with by an excellant team of moderators.

I have been a part of Cuddle Comfort for a few years no and I had no idea that I would be able to find such a lovely website that created a portal for other like minded individuals. While there are still jerks and trolls there are amazing opportunities waiting to happen!

There are some negative reviews on here that frankly sound like disgruntled people looking for something other than what the site has to offer.

Cuddle Comfort is a FREE site that offers people a place to connect to others desiring platonic (non-sexual) touch in a variety of ways.

The MOST beautiful thing about the creator and the Moderators is they are very desirous to keep the purity of its members to include people who are looking for non-sexual connections.

CUDDLE COMFORT IS NOT A DATING SITE and they take consistent measures to make sure its a safe place for its members.

Ive met many wonderful and respectful cuddlers on CC. Its a fun hobby and I personally enjoy meeting new people and different personalities

I have been using this site continuously since 2016 and have met up with many cuddly people through it, for both unpaid and paid cuddle sessions! I met two of my current friends who I keep in touch with and cuddle with through this site. The people are real, and it is a well-moderated site and community. I have truly never had a bad experience. That said, if you are a man looking for free cuddles from a female “enthusiast,” the number of such profiles has really dwindled; it never really recovered from the pandemic. However, I don’t think people realize how sweet and wholesome and beneficial a professional cuddle is. For the price of a massage, you can have a genuinely warm, caring person holding you and attending to your touch needs. It is platonic, but the nurturing nature of cuddle therapy can meet interpersonal needs that people usually turn to romantic partners for.

Cuddle Comfort has been the BEST experience as both a client and now a Professional Cuddler, myself. I have been with them for over 3 years now, and have witnessed the benefit of platonic touch therapy. The Administrators of the site are professional and extremely responsive to any questions/issues. Keep in mind, majority of any negative reporting is from those who attempted to abuse the site, and thus were banned. This is done for the safety of it's customers and representatives. This site is very transparent with forums that are a wealth of information and with Agreements in place for all who join, explicitly stating it is a platonic cuddling service and no sexual contact is permitted. I highly recommend Cuddle Comfort, as an alternate form of therapy, especially given many of us have been working from home, and have little, to no contact with the outside world. The site helped me overcome social anxiety and as an empty nester myself, getting a warm, caring hug from a Professional Cuddler is truly remarkable. As a last note, each person is rated by "Karma reviews" so you can vet a client first, offering added security. Rest assured, if anyone is using the site for nefarious reasons, they are quickly banned, which has proven to be extremely reliable.

This site is mostly used by genuine people who are seeking physical and emotional connection. Like anywhere on the internet there are trolls but after using the site for 4 years I can say there is more good than bad!

This is a joke.
This is a bunch of people who claim to connect two wires and - hypocritically - do not expect any spark.
They legally cover their buttissimo under a goody-two-shoes set of rules but the undisclosed ultimate purpose is quite obvious.

A complete scam company just banned people after taking money from them and all there workers r contractor of this company and they r all in this scam and this website should be banned actually for destroying men mental health and there self esteem and for making women as kings and they r also scammers

This site is joke…you can literally accuse anyone of an advance and be banned. Avoid it at all costs.

95% of the people listed in my area havent logged into their account in 8 years. You dont know that until you pay and add them to your favorites list. What they are doing is a scam. I asked same day for a refund and they said no. Now have to do a chargeback.

This website is a scam !! I signed up in dec and had a lot of cuddles and now they ban me with out explanation saying I do non platonic things … when I’m strict on that and report a lot of people who ask me weird things !!! I don’t understand they took my money and banned me maybe it’s time for cuddlist

Site is frustrating. No customer service. It is run from overseas. Cuddlers don’t respond. I met one cuddler who was a druggie. I do not recommend cuddlecomfort.com.

I am a professional cuddler on this site and I’ve paid for every session I’ve had and when I get on my site today I’m on restriction!! I have proof I made my payments and still can’t do anything! I’ve tried to email the company and I haven’t gotten anything back!! This is very upsetting because I was making good money on there!

The website doesn’t live up to what it claims to be.

If you’re a guy, expect virtually no responses from regular enthusiast female users, especially those near you. You (a guy) get an account, send a message to all females near your area & near or kind of near your age, & you get NO RESPONSES, or a few if you’re lucky, only to then them refusing to reply after a few messages. Even if they’re active (most females never log in again soon after making their account, or eventually), they’ll only check your profile & not respond at all! If you’re a guy here, you’ll pretty much by 99% chance only be able to cuddle with professionals, that is if you want to cuddle with females near your age. Also, many male & female users have no karma/review, even those who have been active for a while. So it means that a handful of female users don’t cuddle or talk at all, or only cuddle with 1 male user or few male users in the website, or maybe just with professionals. Some may discriminate by race, religion, or ethnicity. Be aware, some new female users who do respond become professionals, & some of them claim that they’re professional cuddlers, but don’t want to register (or are not aware that they have to) to become Pros that gets them that Pro tag, which makes some new users think everyone charges or that people can charge without that tag. That’s pretty disturbing, especially if they willfully want to be an untagged Pro. Also, some professionals refuse to reply (some of them just check your profile & don’t response). Like, that makes no sense. There are a couple female users who also suddenly get suspended or banned, & they’re usually those who do respond & keep the conversation on going. If you’re a guy going into being a professional cuddler, my suspicion is you’ll likely have an extremely hard time finding clients (that is users reaching out to you). Most of them will probably be guys & likely older people.

Did I expect to get a response from all or many enthusiast female cuddlers near my age & near my area? Of course not. Nobody’s entitled to anything from anyone. But did I expect to get a response from almost none of them (while the few who respond that remain active eventually stop)? Definitely not. So thing is this website is too good to be true. Solution might be to somehow get a lot of new female users, but that’ll be tough to get & maintain. They say unlike real life, here it doesn’t get awkward asking to cuddle. Not too true at all! They may as well turn to just a professional website where you book with professional cuddlers but can’t talk with other regular users. It’s the same thing & that’s what it appears to be.

So if you’re a male joining to find female enthusiast cuddlers near your area & near your age, unfortunately you won’t get that, unless you’re down to find ways to make your profile stand out as well as profile pictures, & even then, you probably won’t be getting many responses but a bit is better than nearly absolutely nothing. There’s nothing from nearby (at least for me), as those nearby who respond eventually stop responding, get banned, suspended, or become inactive.

If you’re a female who gets an account in this website (as far as I heard from others), you’ll have a huge flood of messages from guys near & not too close from your area (probably the reason why many females become inactive). And unfortunately, many guys happen to be creeps asking for inappropriate things or calling females by words they shouldn’t. And even if they don’t in messages, they could request inappropriate things when cuddling with girls, at least I heard it happens quite often, like some guys trying to get sexual or asking for sexual favors. They ruin it for guys here who are respectful. But also, even if a new female user manages to get through the 1st part where she gets a huge flood of messages, she’ll still likely be getting a lot of messages. So if you’re a female going into Cuddle Comfort who doesn’t want to go into Pro, you’re definitely going to find someone to cuddle with, but I can’t speak for what are the chances that he won’t be a creep. After a few meetups, he still COULD become a creep if he wasn’t one already (I heard a couple females saying that happened too), so always carry your taser & pepper spray with you.

Unfortunately, there are also female users who ask for inappropriate things or will do inappropriate things without asking according to some male users. Like a male user mentioned that a professional cuddler was in the bathroom right before their session began, & then walked out of the bathroom with no clothes on! And he said that she said “This is how I cuddle.” He reported her according to what the person mentioning it said, but she wasn’t banned! It seems like her having a lot of great reviews from other users is an excuse for the website to not ban or suspend her! Unbelievable!

I was not given an opportunity to try as I received an email from Cuddle Comfort advising me that my account had been closed as it was presumed I had joined for romance. I never sent or received messages & no reason as to why the company thought that. You get 1 appeal, I sent it.. now awaiting a response. Might just keep it closed

The company, even after reporting escorts who use the site, never delete them for abusing their policies. Further, I have been ghosted numerous times. After over 2 dozen sessions, over a few years, I have given up. The administrators don't care about either party in this equation. They simply want their 15% commission. All of the ladies I cuddled with were either escorts or those who were honest cuddlers, who said they now carry mace and a taser, due to many men who are using the site for prostitution and push their boundaries. This holds true for both pros and non-pros. The concept is decent, the company is not.
Update to Cuddle Comfort reply - 7/18/2025 - In my market, 30% were non-platonic, when I was active. I have many friends who are still active and the % holds true today. A few of them tried to converse with other members about this in CC's online forum and they were all mysteriously, (not), banned from the site. The truth hurts and CC does not allow it. Their mods don't police the "reports" from users about those offering more than cuddling. They evaporate those trying to make the site better and they protect their cash cows. It's just a modern version of craigslist, etc, imho. You either play their mod's rules or you are eliminated, much like Reddit.

I met a couple of girls on cuddle comfort and both time I had to deal with unstable mentally creatures. It's all waste of money while I met several beautiful companions for free on dating apps. Save your money
