Avoid At all Cost, The package takes ages and they sent out a completely different item from what I ordered, also in my case they haven't even gotten back to me after messaging them back for a refund. Currently in the middle of a debit dispute (that's been taking a month now) and I had to pay £18 to send a package that was worth £55, absolute degeneracy. Never visit and buy anything from them ever!

Avoid at all costs, they deliberately send inferior products (which takes forever to arrive) and then offer you a 10% refund for the "mistake" but outright refuse to have the item returned for a full refund.

I wish I read these reviews before making the purchase. It was a Christmas gift for kids; and I chose fast shipping and also the upgraded version. Not only did the package arrive after New Years, and the company did not supply legit useful tracking information, it is so much smaller and more basic than advertised. It doesn't come with the macrame-style holder or hanger nor the numbers. And the pictures do not match the product which is just frustrating. If you want to sell the cheaper version as well, you can market it in an honest manner and give the purchasers option. I rather spend more to purchase a good quality product than receiving something that disappoints our love ones.

Too bad I could not give -5 stars. Lesson learned

This is a classic bait and switch scam and I am pretty sure customer service is an automated exchange, not real people. like everyone here I did not receive what I ordered and they did not even address that. It was like it was to be expected. They offered 15,18 and then 21 dollars refund on a 70 dollar order that they botched. Sorry I don’t negotiate with terrorists. I will not be ordering from China or this company ever again

Same experience as the rest. Received a basic drum where I ordered the upgraded version. After 5 emails now at 30% discount for something I did not order. Scammers, how would they sleep?

Like many others on here I am very reluctant to give this Cupami even one star. I bought Upgrade Version of the Hang Drum as a Christmas Gift for my special needs granddaughter.

What arrived 5 weeks later was a tiny kid's drum with half the notes, wrong colour, no cord round it and a set of numbers to stick on the drum. I started up correspondence with them to get the product as advertised and they just kept coming back with various discounts from 10% to 30%. My last email however went down to a 15% discount offer. I do not want the product so I will have to try and recoup my money through PayPal. Emails to me were linked to other companies like :-

Emails to me regarding the case were dealt with by 3 different people Caroline Guo, Becky Du, Cindy Zhu all issuing the same common responses, seemingly without considering anything I say in an email to them. The emails all came from holywellmde8094
I feel that I have been scammed and they have made no changes to their site or trading policies even when I showed them the discrepancies. Do not buy anything from them.

Unbelievable. I also ordered a large 15 note hang drum ( and even the upgraded version and today after 45 days I received a pokey little 8 note hang drum. After reading all the Reviews here I’m just sooooooo disappointed.

Es una estafa. No compréis aquí. It's a scam. Don't buy. You will pay 69 or 70 $ for a drum and you will receive a toy that has nothing to do with the original one. Then, when you will ask for the refund, they will offer a 15% discount and won't contact you anymore. I've informed the police and the legal authorities in Spain and they are already under investigation.

This is the copy paste text they send to every client:

"We would like to show our sincere apology for this issue. Our warehouse staff will check the package before they send it out. However, they have to deal with thousands of packages every day, so they may have some mistakes. Please understand.

We have reflected this issue to our shipping department to avoid the same mistake appearing again. In order to apologize for this issue, how about we provide 15% as compensation for this order and you keep the item to save your time and money. Is it acceptable for you?"

Terrible company and clearly scamming people. I ordered a large 15 note hang drum and received a pokey little 8 note hang drum. I complained immediately and eventually got a reply offering me 15% refund which would have made this little drum 3 times more than its normal price. I complained again and they said I could return the item for 20USD shipping cost. No way will I be doing that. Shipping would be about 8USD so more money making for them. A company with no ethics or morality. Keep well clear. They are scum. I will try trading Standards in the UK to see if they can help close them down here but not sure what they can realistically do.

Ditto to the previous review I reached out to them 5X in 4 days after I heard nothing about delivery for 2 weeks I ordered a production Dec 8 and after basically badgering them I finally got an email saying that the product has been shipped. I don't know if they are telling the truth, but certainly, they would have done nothing if I haven't chased them down. I now notice it is a CHINESE company so the product probable wont get here for another month and this CHRISMAS GIFT will be a month late. DONT BUY FROM WISH.com or CHINA ANYMORE. They are corrupt and have a different set of morals than us

Since you can't give 0 stars, I'll give them 1. Appears to be a complete scam. I wish I had read these other reviews before I ordered from them. The "tracking number" they gave me doesn't register with any of the tracking services linked to Cupami. Not going to hold my breathe until I get a drum from them. My small order is another tiny boost to the economy of China.

Update 12-30-20: The drums arrived, and they are nothing like what is advertised. They are smaller than represented, they have 8 tones instead of 15, they have no numbers to identify the tones, they are not tuned to any scale or particular pitch, they are black instead of gold, they have no woven band around the rim. Complete scam.

They never ship. No response from customer service via email or chat

I also ordered a hang drum on Nov but havent received the product until now.
i left a massage about it but they never answered me back.

Hence, I want to report it to 'online scam solution company' I want to get 100% refund.
