DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THIS IS A SCAM. Paid $61 for a hang drum I saw on instagram for my nephew. Never received anything and their customer service is pretty much nonexistent. Not worth dealing with them they will just say the "package was lost and to contact the shipper" trash company with trash employees. Either way karmas coming for yall.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Please beware of this company. They falsely advertised a tongue drum on their website, I ordered it as it said 50% off in Black Friday deal. When it arrived it was tiny. I’m so upset as it was a Christmas gift for my autistic son. I told them I wanted it replaced or a full refund, they said it would cost me £20 to return it and it was not their policy to refund fully, offering me a mere 20% refund. This company is breaching consumer rights. I can’t get my son the beautiful drum he actually wanted now because this company ripped me off. Please be careful buying from Cupami.

I got my Cupami hang drum. The wrong one!! Way too small and not enough notes. I paI’d way over 100 Australian dollars for upgraded one and was looking forward to getting it.
The only compensation they offer is 15% of total refunded. This has happened before with Chinese companies where they offer 15% back. Feels like a scam!!!!

If I could give this company a zero I would.

I had left an item in my shopping cart. One item. I had changed my mind about the purchase after reading some reviews. So I left the page. I have since been receiving emails from this company several times a week. I have requested that my cart be emptied as I have tried to do it myself. I have also made several attempts to contact the company via email and messenger but they do not respond. The emails continue to come.

This whole company reeks of scam. I would hate to have actually sent them any money.

SCAMMERS.... buyer beware. Do not buy from this company. This company charged me over $100.00 Australian. 3 months later received a small drum. Bad timbre... just plain awful. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

J’ai commandé un hang drum de 13 tons à cette compagnie. Après une attente interminable, j’ai finalement reçu un hand drum ridicule, de 8 tons seulement. Pour débutant ou enfant. J’ai demandé à ce qu’il soit remplacé. Il m’a été répondu que ce n’était pas possible, ce qui est contraire à ce qui est spécifié au moment de la commande, mais qu’en guise de compensation je pouvais garder celui que j’avais reçu (!) plus un remboursement de 12$. J’ai refusé la compensation, exigé le remplacement et rien ne change. Ce sont des escrocs ! Et entre-temps ils continuent à faire une publicité incroyable sur Facebook. N’achetez rien à cette compagnie !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! A COMPLETE RIP OFF COMPANY. I did receive a drum, but it was NOT what I ordered, not even close. When I contacted them, I was offered a 10% refund. I paid for the “deluxe edition” and that 10% discount didn’t even cover the up charge for the “deluxe. I was given the $10 up charge back but nothing else. They said I would be charged $20 to return. Well, after a few days, I contacted them again, as I decided to return the item. Haven’t heRd squat in 3 days. I’m screwed. Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a complete scam.

If only I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This site doesn't even deserve 1 star. The item never arrived and when I have contacted them they have fobbed me off with dodgy emails and fake delivery notices.

This company is a scan company. Ordered something then couldn't track it. Wrote them email and they answered quickly and fixed problem, but when it did arrive, late I might add. It was nothing of what I ordered very very cheap trk. Not even close to what I ordered and now they won't answer back to get refunded. Scam scam scam

I purchased an upgraded healing drum on Black Friday, but changed my mind during night. I found out they offer cancelation of order within 12 hours after ordering. So I wrote to them and asked to cancel the order the nex day (more than 12 hours passed). I got answer on Monday, that they want to know why I want to cancel before proceeding. I simply stated that I changed my mind and don't want the drum. Then they offered me either 10% discount, if I want to keep the order or 96% refund. They motivated those 4% to be fee for the platform they use, which already charged them. It was fair reason in my view, so I asked for the refund. After that I received confirmation and they estimated the refund to take 3-5 days. After 2 days, the amount really arrived on my account.
That being said, I cannot judge their product, but their customer service and business practice that I experienced was flawless.

Please do not buy from this company! I was looking forward to receiving my healing drum, but instead of a more expensive large, blue, fringed, better timbre drum, I received tiny, cheapest black version (with huge delay despite paying for fast delivery). The company is a complete scam.

Only gave this rip-off company one star so that I could write this review. The drum took ages to arrive, after several emails, and was not what I ordered -large, gold, fringed, better timbre - but tiny and blue. DO NOT buy from these cons. They also seem to go with the name holywell.

Wish I had found the prior reviews before ordering from this company. I agree that they do not deserve a 1 star. I also did Not receive the item pictured. Have sent an email wondering what they plan to do about it. Very disappointed. I should have realized that the price was too good to be true.

DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. These scammers need to be held accountable and will get exactly what they deserve. Bought one of the drums and then later found this review page when the item took an inordinate time to arrive/ship. Very disappointing since the drum was a gift.

Thank you so much everyone for taking the time to share your experience. I was about to buy the $59 Healing Hang Drum. But after reading all these bad reviews, I'm not. I thought it sounded too good to be true since this kind of drum is usually at least $200 (see Amazon). So glad I read these reviews. You all saved me a lot of heartache. This company needs to be shut down.

The Site is down, after a lot of orders before christmas, I guess. The money is gone, this shop is Scam. Very sad.

It seems like the same company keeps on changing their name. I ordered the same drum from Vorctor, paid $29,99 and received in the post 4 small black plastic things to put on a child's finger worth 3$.
Vorctor has now closed down. I did write to them and they were prepared to refund me 10% and when I refused upped the amount to 20%. They were just having fun, probably were not going to refund me at all. Be very careful people and do not trust Cupami.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the better timbre hang drum in blue with gold tassel. The item shipped was a black drum with no tassel. After multiple emails back and forth with customer service, I was told "after checking with your order details, we found that the advertisement did have some misleading problem. We will refLect this to our Operation Department, to supervise their rectification. However, as you can see, it does not affect the use. In this case, we would like to provide you a 10% refund of your order, and you can just keep this item. Sincerely hope you can understand and agree." I refused. I requested the item I ordered or a full refund with return of item at their expense. They declined. Multiple emails went back and forth. Eventually they said their final discount for an item I never ordered would be 35%. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and have been refunded the cost through them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT THE WRONG ITEM SENT TO YOU FROM HONG KONG AND ARE FORCED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU NEVER ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
