Really good personal touch
Really good personal touch. Ethan brought me through all the steps to get my transfer done today. Good communication both on the phone calls and by email with very good advice provided.
The one improvement i want to make is to use the online tool to capture a better rate.

Massive difference in currency exchange rates, huge savings…
I work in Saudi and have been using Currency Transfer for the last 6 months or. Prior to using Currency Transfer I was using my local bank. The difference in exchange rates is almost half of what my bank was charging. They are an extremely reliable and genuine company. I would never transfer money through my normal bank again.

Easy to Use and Very Good Experience
It took me a while to understand this tool. As soon as I did, it is something I am not going to miss out on when transferring money across borders. CURRENCY TRANSFER CANT FIND FUNDS
Currency Transfer is still holding onto my 4000 USD for over 2 weeks as they claim they can’t track the money that has gone into their own account. Have provided proof of payment and all related docs to no avail…..

We have been trying to reach you, via calls and emails, to get this matter resolved. Please contact us ASAP - the representation in your review is both incorrect and a little unfair.
The $4,000 settlement, which you sent to settle the deal booked on March 18th did indeed arrive with the Regulated Payment Partner. However, the previous deal, booked on March 14th (the deal that you booked incorrectly and needed us to get adjusted to the correct amount for you) was still open and settlement was still outstanding. You were emailed a reminder that settlement was still pending from your previous deal, when the new deal was booked on the 18th.
Without prior arrangement, the Regulated Payment Partner settles deals in chronological order, so when settlement funds did arrive, funds were applied to the outstanding trade from March 14th. This payment was released to your account on Friday 19th March (you were emailed the payment confirmation) and funds should have credited your account shortly afterwards (latest by Monday 22nd).
As explained in the email correspondence between you and Operations, there is still an outstanding balance due to complete the settlement of the deal booked on the March 18th.
If you assert that settlement has been made for both of your recent deals, please be kind enough to provide a payment confirmation for the deal booked on March 14th. This has been previously requested, but has not yet come through.
The team has been trying to reach you to no avail and Nick has tried all three numbers we have on file for you and offered a Zoom call if a phone call is challenging.
Please make direct contact at your earliest convenience and we will be able to get this matter resolved quickly and efficiently for you.
