Have been making transfers (EUR, GBP and AUD) with this company for the last 12 months or so and the service has been fantastic. The service is efficient, flexible and cost effective. The platform provides trade alerts if you need it and the guys provide a great customer service, with helpful and quick response to queries, either via whatsapp, calling through the CT office or email.

They are legit, prompt, offer good customer service
I was terrified to use this service as Id only exchanged currency with banks before. But after a lot of research I decided to try it out. The quotes were about 2-3% better than the bank was offering. They were on top of it, and transferred the USD to my bank within 10 minutes of receiving the wire of the Euros. They did their due diligence to ensure I was legitimate and the funds transferred were as well. There was an account manager- Nick. He was on top of things, and easy to reach with any questions and walked us through the process. Will definitely use them again. I took the time to write this because the reviews here influenced my decision to use them.

I used this service in the past but had a lot of trouble, especially when I sent a large amount of money at once. Now, they have improved a lot in terms of communications and the speed with which they send the money to the other end. I have used it a few times recently without any trouble. So many thanks to them for improving their service.

Expert Personal Service
Currency Transfer provides the best of both worlds: the convenience of automated process together with immediate access to personal service (in my case of Nick Cornford-Jolly). This was my first time transferring cash back to the UK from KSA (as an expat worker) and Nick made it easy: he was on WhatsApp real time as I set up through KSA internet banking and then helped me apply the AI forecasting to transfer funds in 5 increments over the month relative to trading spikes between the currencies. Every friend I have recommended Currency Transfer to is already using them & you should too!!
