I went to try and collect an item I ordered but had not yet received a notification about. This was the day after it should have been in store in theory. Shenika checked for deliveries that day and found my item had been delivered and went and fetched it for me saving me a further visit. Very helpful and polite

I Shockingly Poor Cloud Backup Service and Even Worse Customer Supportrecently purchased a laptop from…
I recently purchased a laptop from Currys along with their cloud backup service, and the aftercare experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The cloud backup simply would not download to my laptop despite multiple attempts. After wasting far too much time trying to fix it myself, I went to the store for help.
I waited over 30 minutes just to be seen, only to be told they couldn’t help me at all.
I then tried telephone support. I waited 15 minutes for someone to answer, got cut off, called back, waited another 10+ minutes, and was disconnected again. No resolution, no callback, nothing.
I attempted to use the online virtual assistant and even tried submitting a complaint through their website — both completely useless.
Currys sold me a service that doesn’t work and then provided absolutely no support to fix it. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. I will not be purchasing services from Currys again.

I made a purchase online and collected in store, within five minutes of arriving at the store the item was being loaded into the back of my car by two of Curries finest; great stuff.
