The staff were pleasant and efficient and made the purchase easy.

I ordered a vacuum for collection. When ordering it they said it would be ready 2 days later.
Despite checking my emails all day, I never got the confirmation email. So I went to the store on the off chance.
Turns out it did arrive to the store, but nobody could be bothered to check it onto the system!! Shocking and lazy.
Also I knew for a fact there were 2 boxes on the shelf in the store.
The most odd thing was that we were going to buy the product in store 2 days before, but when the staff member scanned the box on the till it was £100 more expensive! But on their tablet the online price was £100 cheaper! So she even told us to order it online and collect it!
The silly thing was that instead of 'collecting' the one in store that we knew was there, Currys would deliver a different one to the store from the warehouse!! What a waste of time!
Their system needs to be better.
Ultimately I'm disappointed with the laziness of not checking the product in so I can collect it on the day we needed to.

Rip off selling notepads with no power supply wont give immediate refund because of paying on line .Total crap .

I don't believe in ghosts, but Currys' ordering system definitely lives in another dimension. On August 30th, I bought a cordless vacuum with an extra care plan via Click & Collect (home delivery wasn't even an option). I used my Flexpay, where I had a plenty of credit limit. The formal side went perfectly: I got an order number, confirmation, and my repayment plan was updated.Days passed, and if I hadn't reached out myself to ask why the item wasn't ready, this would probably drag on forever. On September 2nd, customer service informed me that my purchase is a "ghost order". The reality? Today is September 3rd. According to my Flexpay account, I am a "happy owner" of a vacuum cleaner that I don't actually have. Although the installments haven't started yet because the position is pending, the funds are locked, completely blocking my credit limit from making another purchase.Currys simply washed their hands of it, stating they won't deal with it because on their end, the order is "cancelled". So now I am forced to wait indefinitely for them to fix a mistake they claim they cannot even see. Meanwhile, prices might change or the model could go out of stock. Since you waste my time with such lightness and nonchalance, I have no choice but to contribute - with a touch of irony - to lowering your rating. Perfect scores have to be earned, and you are lightyears away from one.

Sales was good; however technical support was unhelpful; none of your so-called support staff had any technical knowledge, even limited knowledge, to enable them to help me with my basic queries regarding this item. Am very dissapointed.

Easy to order on line. Collected following morning.
Staff friendly and polite

We purchased a chrome book for our son to realise the college he is moving to now uses windows laptops. We returned 2 days later to exchange the chrome book for a windows laptop after being advised by the main office that this would be possible only to find the staff member in store tell us this was not possible. I’d recommend people purchase from online competitors who offer similar pricing with better aftercare

My experience was pleasant and quick, which was possible by Max. That went the extra mile to get me the best value for my money.

Everything was excellent, with the exception of the previous evening’s text giving us a 4-hour delivery window. This didn’t arrive until the delivery day, after the 4 hour slot had started!

Called into Currys Fosse Park Leicester yesterday, 28/08 to price up cookers. Great display and met with Reshma who was extremely helpful. All of our queries were dealt with professionally and nothing left to chance. We left the store with the information we needed and more. We will be returning. Thank you Reshma for your time and efficiency.
