Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would advise people NOT to order from this company !
I ordered some dresses the beginning of January, they swiftly arrived however 2 dresses were missing. I returned four dresses with proof of postage and proof of returns. They could not find my returns therefore took over a month (after numerous emails) to eventually refund me for the four dresses. However they still have not refunded me for the 2 dresses that I had not received as they are apparently doing a warehouse check ! It’s now February and I still have no refund for two dresses that I paid for and did not receive. They have absolutely no trust in their customers and absolutely terrible customer service, there is no phone number to speak to anyone and the only communication is through email, I am not hopeful that i will ever receive my refund and so I have paid for two dresses that I have not received.

I am owed £20 back for the two dresses I did not receive ! If refunded I will add this on to my review but I feel as though I have had to justify myself time and time again and it really shouldn’t be this difficult to get a refund for something that I did not receive !!!!!!

Lovely dress nice material but unfortunately to big I'm 16 or 18 but as it's a wrap dress it doesn't sit right on the boobs

Ordered some items from here, quality and style was good but didn't suit me so I returned them.

I initially emailed on 11/01/2025 to notify that I was returning my parcel and whether I needed to do anything else. I never recieved a response to this email. Royal Mail collected my parcel 15/01/2025 and I have heard nothing back from CurveWow regarding my refund. I have sent an email again today chasing for information so I hope I actually hear something back.

My order number is #187808 and I just want my money back rather than having to chase a response to an email sent 3 weeks ago. Unsatisfactory customer service.

Very quick service and delivery but got to send item back too big but have ordered a smaller size which I’m pleased about

Help! I have requested a returns label three times via website link and a message. Still no response to date. As a last resort, can you please assist Laura?

Lovely clothes, it's a shame that they're not too keen on refunding you for returned items. They received my return on the 11/01/25. I'm still waiting for my refund. There seems to have been a difference reason in each email why I've not yet received my refund. Please curvewow, give me back what I'm owed

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. When my item came it was reasonably good quality but it didn’t fit, I retuned it, according to Royal Mail tracking they received it back on the 8th Jan. I’m STILL waiting for the refund on the 29th!! Made contact via email a week ago. NO response. I cannot recommend I’m afraid.
Update:
I had my refund today, so great, but it’s still a long time to wait and I would suggest that their email situation is looked into as one was definitely sent. I appreciate the feedback from Laura but it’s disingenuous to suggest that an email wasn’t sent to them, so arguably still NOT the easiest system in terms of returns and customer service.

Sorry to say still waiting on a refund I have sent two e mails with no response. Even if you have a back log.
Surly you can generate an email to say it is being processed. It has been tracked to you at least 20 days ago.

The responses to these negative reviews are shocking and shows a lack of empathy and consideration. Apparently no email was found from me yet I followed their guidelines on website to make my initial inquiry!
Another email sent as per their instruction on here so time will tell !

Talk about showing off your curves, all the dresses, tops and other clothing are stunning, every thing is pretty much true to size and enhances my body shape. There are some elegant dresses and super lovely/stunning design of clothing, I'm so glad I found your online shop I feel Amazing and pretty in the outfits/ dresses I buy.

I ordered a sparkly dress for a relatively low price. Was very pleased with the time it took to arrive and the quality and fit was great.

17 workings day still no refund. Will I get paid interest on £179 you are owe me. I want this looked into asap.
